My son and I come here every two weeks for dinner. We love to relax and just catch up with each. We order two steaks, his came out perfect. My steak was way over cooked. Our Server Antwan was horrible. We asked for regular butter for our rolls 3 times - which he kept forgetting. Once he brought our drinks, he disappear. Could not find him anywhere in the place. Asked another server to find him. Another server had to come over and refill our drinks and bring out the ranch dressing and the A-1 Sauce we asked for. Antwan had orginally brought out an empty bottle of A1-Sause. Really? Just holding the bottle you could tell it was completely empty. He never once came back to our table to check up on us to see if we needed anything. Even at the end of this horrible dinner, we had to ask another server to bring a to go box. As we were leaving, we looked around and still did not see Antwan anywhere in the place. How do you expect a good tip if you are no where to be found. If I wanted to wait on myself, I would have just stay home and cooked.

We stopped in recently and was pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful experience it was , as in the past we weren’t so lucky with service . We sat at the bar and had amazing service from Angela . She is A++++++The attention and detail she provided us was great and much appreciated….Angela is Legendary and for that we will be back.

This is such a great family spot. I must say the staff at this location is very upbeat and the younger staff is so well trained by there management. This is not so typical to see these days. Food was great as well. Served in a timely manner and point on. I would like you to consider making virgin strawberry daccaries at my 13 year olds request. ;)

we arrived with six of our nine people party... was told by the hostess that she cannot see us until we were all there, which is weird. I've never heard of such a thing when they were on their way and they were not busy. but we were OK with that and decided to just stand the side and wait a few minutes before rudely. The hostess told us to go wait outside. It was 90° outside and there was nobody else waiting besides us and the restaurant was not busy. I asked her again to please see us because we were ready to be seated to start placing appetizer and drink orders and she told me no. We took our business elsewhere. We went to Lonestar steakhouse where they did part of our party while waiting for the rest of our table to get there. ended up having a great meal and having a $430 tab.. very very disappointed with Texas Road house
**** Update 05/02: Manager reached out to me regarding this review and was very apologetic. We will definitely be giving this location another chance.Came here for lunch & it was extremely busy, so we expected a long wait time but as we entered the restaurant we didn’t wait long to be seated. The waiter didn’t pay attention to anything we really ordered, such as our loaded potato skins that never came out due to her forgetting to put the order in. Our food took 40 minutes to come out just for it to be cold. Love Texas Roadhouse but it just wasn’t good this time around. We noticed that when coming here you have a 50/50 shot at the food being excellent or terrible.

Stopped by last minute thought, sat at the bar decided on a burger & a beer , my wife had a filet & salad , baked potato food came out as ordered, meat was cooked & seasoned to perfection, Danny the bartender was polite, and very attentive.... Beer was cold my wife had the margarita, not our first time here certainly not our last... Tasteful food, nice menu selection, polite staff.... Place remains busy so be patient but certainly worth the wait....
