I placed an online order at 11:30 and it indicated a delivery of 12:15. The status of the delivery is showing delivered, however I did not receive the order. I have tried calling countless times, but the phone number goes straight to voicemail and there is no option to leave a message. I am very unsatisfied and will not be placing an order again if this is the service I can expect. As a first responder who is trying to stay healthy during these times, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided today.
