“This was my very first visit and the atmosphere is great from the time I stepped in the door to my first encounter with the Heather, Lisa and the rest of staff. I came in sad but was instantly filled with joy. The food is awesome too. I had a pull pork sandwich with coleslaw and mac and cheese. “Sunny South Florida spring is all about enjoying the outdoors and sharing a good meal with family and friends. Driftwood was the perfect place to do both. They have a nice beer, cocktail, and wine selection. One of my dinner companions chose the Copperpoint Bees Squeeze - a light beer, perfect for the warm breezy evening. To start, I really wanted to try the fried chicken oysters while others wanted to try to the beef empanada, so why not both? The chicken was moist, perfectly fried, and the mac & cheese spaetzle was out of this world, especially with the tang of the few pickle slices on the plate. The beef empanada really hit the spot - it was a great combination of the fried dough, succulent meat, and pickled onions. We had to order two, because one is too little to share between three people. In no time, our main entrees arrived by really knowledgeable and friendly staff. We couldn't keep our forks out of the others' dishes, because all were so different and delicious. The rigatoni had just the right amount of bite and every crevice of the pasta was covered in a delicious bolognese sauce and sharp cheese. The chicken and dumplings brought me back to growing up in Tennessee (except this dish was better!). You know how you get a plate of chicken and dumplings and there's never enough dumplings? Not this time. The dumplings were plenty, the chicken was moist and tender, the sauce was seasoned just right, and the celery and parsley leaves gave it a really bright flavor. And finally, the shrimp and grits was hearty with large shrimp well-cooked, smothered in a slightly spicy sauce. I could eat that plate for breakfast lunch and dinner... every day. We were all very happy with all aspects of our meal, and look forward to trying the dishes that we gawked at all night at other people's tables!“

“My husband and I each had 4 tasters. Their menu board at the tables and papers to write down selections was a great idea. The wooden picnic tables and high top tables were very comfortable. The rules do state that you can only have your dogs outside. But they have a nicely shaded wooden deck to sit on outside. The bartenders were very friendly. They have a weekly list on a board of the daily food trucks.“

This one has a great balance of heat and sweet. Just enough to say it's there. The Boynton Brunette was next in my flight. A very easy drinker. Next up was the "Checkin It Twice" winter ale. This one has a fair share of ginger and cinnamon. It's got a burst of flavor so if you like your spiced winter brews you will like this. Last on my flight was "Facebook Jail" Pilsner. Love the name as I feel we have all been there. This is a well balanced easy to drink pilsner. My flight was a great bunch of beers. They have a couple of stouts, IPA's and more than a handful of sours. Definitely a brewery where anyone can find something to drink.“

There local beer on tap is always on special, The steamed shrimp were nice large size, right amount of spice, and nice & hot too peel and eat snap when you bite into them.,. So good!The softshell crab sandwich was a be recommended favorite came stacked high and a thick piece of marble rye had nice flavor just a bit too much breading so I chose too just eat the crab and left the bread. “I'm so heartbroken over what happened at Cafe' Frankie's. I loved working there as a Hostess/ Helper/ Server, from Feb 17th till last week. Tom (an owner) explained after telling me no one gets fired during the slow season, that schedules just get evenly dispersed so as to keep it fair. Instead, I was blindsighted the next day me when it was announced in a group chat that the next week's schedule had been changed. I myself had five shifts scheduled for that week. The new adjusted schedule did not even have my name on it. Point is I was making $x amount per hour and they just don't want to pay me. I worked so hard and I looked so well-kept every time I worked. Customers asked me if I was an owner and were surprised when I laughed no. They said I compliment the establishment and really help everyone out on every level. I put my all into it. I ran food, hostessed, expedited, served occasionally, made desserts, came in on my days off when they called me, did the washing of linens in the evening so they'd have them the next day. Handled reservations. Took to go orders, put them together, swept the floors, ran ice, did side work, bussed tables, even washed dishes and took payments when servers were backed up and needed help. I smiled at every employee and customer at every shift. I mean they cut me out in a group chat and put it all on the GM. Do they just dislike good human beings? They just took away 5 shifts of mine and said in a group chat that the schedule had been modified. I am so sad and want to let Tom and Steve, the owners, know the blow was low and it hurts.I have to go in for 1 more weeks pay and I will walk in with my head held high, being my beautiful self and I will still feel love for their restaurant.Because although they were wrong, I truly love Cafe' Frankie's and I can't change that. “I've lived in Boynton Beach for 6 years, and this is the first time I've eaten here. At 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday, it was jamming and I see why. The service was great and so was the food. When I asked about the corned beef sandwich, the server sais, "we are not a deli." Enough said for me. I asked about the Gyro and she gave a thumbs up. It was great, the french fries were just cooked, nice and crispy, hot. My friend had the Ruben and took half of it home. Will definitely be going back.“

“We always order ahead so it’s always hot and ready when we arrive. The manager sees that we come there quite often so he’s upgraded us several times to feast meals without telling us or charging any extra money. The couple of times they we’re running late, they gave us free drinks and extra food. They are busy but they are friendly and know how to treat customers. If you have an issue, speak to them professionally and they’ll rectify it. They have tasty food at very reasonable prices and excellent customer service! The eggs Benedict are amazing and the nova is the best and the nova is way more than plentiful. One evening I ordered the lobster ravioli .He didn't have the filling so he made me a lobster sauce with the ravioli that was incredible , fresh lobster and at $21 unbelievable!! Just the other day I had an omelet and the eggs were so fluffy I'm tempted to ask how the chef does it! My daughter and I love this place and so does my little doxie!!“

“Went last Thursday with my mom, and grandma. Jaimie was our server. She was very nice and gave great suggestions. My mom got the stuffed French toast with raspberries & pecans! She was so excited Jaimie made the suggestion bc she loved it. I got the 3 pancake with extra chocolate chips, and they were so soft like a cloud, and soooo buttery. My grandma got the western omelette and she really enjoyed it too. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee to something stronger. Other than that Jaimie was wonderful, and patient. I am legally blind so I always take a long time to be able to read the menus as I have to take a picture and zoom on my phone. I also want to add that this is one of the few restaurants that have the clearance for me to be able to walk through with my walking stick without difficulty. The restroom was also very spacious, and easy to find. Can’t express how wonderful it was to be treated so kindly. Thank you very much. All your staff must have been trained properly on how to take care of those with disabilities. The host walked slow enough for me to follow her, and every time a server past they always asked if we wanted more coffee or soda. 2 thumbs up, and if I could give more stars I would.-ZackWheelchair accessibility: I am legally blind and I use a walking stick, all aisles were more than 36 inches. Men’s restroom stall is also wheelchair accessible, and very spacious. There is a seating area with both booth and chairs so that those with wheelchairs can be sat, and the tables can be moved around too“

“Went to Longhorn (in Boynton Beach) b/c Texas Roadhouse was too crowded. It turns out that Longhorn is actually a better restaurant. Neater, cleaner, less crowded. AND EXCELLENT FOOD! I ordered a tossed greens salad with salmon, and it was tremendous. Chock full of lettuce and various vegetables, with a LARGE chunk of grilled salmon in the middle. Probably the best damn salad I've ever had (in my rather lengthy lifetime).. will definitely make Longhorn my go to restaurant over Texas Roadhouse. Longhorn just seemed to have a more upscale feel to it, and the food was superb. With that said, I'll be back!!“

The owner assisted me in ordering & settling my check in advance which allowed her to prepare my delicious meal and that it was! I had beef skewers, grilled vegetables, rice and an additional, traditional, dipping sauce. All was delicious and quickly prepared. All ingredients were fresh & very tasty.
