Awful service. Waited until I got the chefs attention to order. He explained he was on a break for another 10 minutes. No biggie, ordered my boyfriend's food from another restaurant and waited 10 minutes. Went back up and someone was in line, stood behind her for 5 minutes while the chef slowly packaged some to go orders. Then he explained to her he was still on break. Wish I got that much time off at work.
Multiple food safety violations at the Clermont location. I tried contacting you three times, no one returned my call or messages. Suggest you provide your staff w/ refresher FSS training for managers, not food handler. They’re going to make ppl sick!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I get the tuna poke bowl (typically has seaweed in it but I got it without it). They have the freshest tuna I’ve had in a while (even better than the east coast). The sushi’s great as well but nothing can top the tuna bowl in my opinion! Had a picture but it wont let me upload it. 10/10 would recommend.
