The staff was as so friendly and polite. They checked on us a bunch and were just so upbeat! And….unlimited breadsticks was an added bonus!! It was such a pleasant experience. Well done Fazoli’s!!!

Called in an order for pick up and I was told that they do not accept on line orders or phone orders. I had to go into the store in order to get a pizza to go. Was told that they had no way to receive payment for online or call in orders. In the past I have called in orders and paid (cash, I don’t use a card for fast food) when picking up the order.
