“The first time my family and I had Jersey Mike's was in Point Plesant, NJ when I was a kid . We stayed for a week at a time every year. My dad bought subs there all the time.I continued going there as an adult with my family. Just the location has changed. “I really think this is the best Firehouse Subs location I have been to (and I've been to a lot)! The service and food were both great! I really like the Smokehouse Brisket with BBQ sauce. Ordered once we got to the restaurant for take out and it seemed much quicker and more efficiently run here. Restaurant was well staffed. Highly recommend!“

“We had Costco on board, so we decided on takeout. We only saw this place since we were stuck in traffic. The deli/restaurant sits back from the road due to a huge retention pond. While there are plenty of parking spaces, the parking lot is rather narrow and takes some maneuvering to get through it. The deli appeared clean had no special decor that I noticed. The staff we dealt with were cordial and friendly.The deli has a fairly decent menu with plenty of offerings. My wife had the McAlister's Club Wrap with the Tomato & Cucumber Salad side, and I had the Sweet Chipotle Chicken on ciabatta bread with potato salad.It seemed like our order took a while as I watched others pick up their orders. We got the order, and we were out the door. Since my sandwich was hot, I warmed it up after getting home. We both really enjoyed our meals. My wife did say her side was okay, but the wrap was really good. Prices were very reasonable and the food very good. Enjoy!“

“I've eaten at a LOT of Jimmy John's and a LOT of quick-serve places. This location and the team there stand out... every time I go in (maybe once every month or two, it's not exactly nearby where I live), I am greeted by genuine people who are not just shouting out without any interest in their voices.Yes, it's a quick-serve food place, but who doesn't appreciate being acknowledged by friendly people who seem like they're really there to help get you some great food?! I always order the same sandwich, which was made SO QUICKLY (Freaky Fast! as promised), but also exactly as ordered.Everything is always fresh, and more flavorful than any other sandwich chain... doesn't matter which JJ you go to, the food quality is there... but at this particular location, the team there is always friendly and at the ready. Makes the choice of where to go all that much better.I wish I'd gotten the 2 team members' names... one female at the register, and the male made my sandwich... I've never seen either of them before, including at this store, but THEY (besides the great food) made the experience one that keeps me coming back to that store.And in between, when "no one was watching," (it was late and near closing time), they still use gloves properly and proper sanitation practices as they were cleaning the store. Another plus (and often an unfortunate rarity for many other places).Was it "just" a sandwich for dinner? Sure, but it was not actually... it was an experience, and there are few of those out there any more, so kudos to the team working the closing shift on 2/17/24 - I'll be back because of the great sandwiches, and because of THEM!“

“I LOVE this Subway! The employees are always friendly - and in this Time of Covid-19 - they always - ALWAYS - wear masks. The owner is incredible! He remembers my sandwich!!! He told me that he knows the favorite sandwiches of about 50 customers. Can you imagine that? He sees me come in and, while he always asks me what I want, he knows and starts fixing it right away! Now, that's a man who knows and appreciates his customers! Also, the store is always spotless. I've never seen anything out of place or even slightly dirty. This is important to me because it let's me know that the standards of cleanliness are high - so I don't expect anything behind the scenes is less than top notch either. Great experience every time!“

“My wife turned me on to getting my sandwich as a wrap. the Wrap has less bread so a little less gluten/carbs and more protein for those of us that are a bit on the sensitive side. Great healthy option to fried stuff.Wish they had more non-carbonated drink options though.The advertisement says they slice fresh but I did not seen them slice anything.“

“So I originally gave 1 star because I had a bad experience with mustard on a Buffalo chicken sandwich due to me just being stressed out. And placed a complaint with subway themselves. Afterwards I was taking care of properly and was able to get my order redone correctly which is all I asked for. So I wanna thank Mr Bowen for being understanding. He's the reason my review went from 1 star to 5 stars. Truly wish this man the best“

“Credit where credit is due… I don’t like the fact this review represents my overall opinion of this location… only due to past order calamities. I’m thinking back on those jacked-up orders where I ended up saying “I should have listened to myself, stayed home and made something…”.I gave the hit/miss rollercoaster experiences some time to settle out before reviewing, but this last online-app order experience on 11/21/23~8pm was FIRE (“extremely good” if ebonics illiterate)!!!I don’t know if this A+ order was due to the individual, who made the perfect sandwich (balanced meats, toppings, condiments throughout the entire sandwich and the ends perfectly curved to keep everything locked inside until the final bite [flashback “mmm” moment btw]), or overall training but I’m almost suspect on going back in fear the next order won’t measure up.Whatever, it’s worth the chance the next time I’m in the mood… so much so that this one order pretty much made up for my past “shame on myself for trying this place again” experiences.This latest order earned a 5-star review across the board… that’s for this employee that worked that night. Hopefully the overall establishment maintains this rating and doesn’t force me to delete or demote.I just couldn’t find another way to leave a review for this order… no receipt-review for a free cookie or something, but I had to leave something somewhere surrounding this excellent order… 2-subs expertly made. That’s some serious pride in what you do… I don’t know her name that worked that evening, but keep it up gurl!!!! Manager/owner… I don’t know this person and this review is 100% genuine (feel free to fact check me) keep her happy… pay/schedule/wtvr within reason, she’s doing right by this location and the company in a whole I believe. I was a work road warrior (20+ yrs) and had Subway in many cities. This order was commercial status and the best of all time… she’s my Subway G.O.A.T!!! Corporate office, please recognize this employee asap if you read this.“

“I’ve been to multiple jersey mikes locations but this one is by far the best! They remember your name, your order and almost always greet you as you walk in. I eat at this location 3-4x a week and I keep coming back because of the service. Spencer is awesome!“
