I ordered two coffees, one cold and the other hot, two different flavors, sizes and both tasted the same, same sizes and the ingredients were far from what is offered on the sign and they did not give me a receipt, poor presentation of them, i am a frequent customer and I know what i ordered.

The lady that took our order named”Claire” as her name tag reads had the most nastiest customer service I have ever experienced, she was rushing me to order even though I previously ask to please give me a moment , not even a sec went by and she was asking me what I wanted so I asked if I could please have a few seconds and she answered with a rude tone “ I WAS ONLY ASKING” in an aggressive tone , once I completed our order and went to pick up at window and she gave me a disgusted face as we paid and didn’t even say anything to us, after she takes our payment she slams the window shut very hard and aggressively thankfully the window didn’t crack ,well she storms off on us and I guess she sent another barista to help us well the poor guy seemed like he was just throwing into the situation , he thought previous barista has made a drink already but she didn’t then he kindly prepared them for us , I’m a regular at this store never have I encountered her in the past , everyone at this location is always nice and attentive , Hope she isn’t treating everyone like this.
