Just left a little bit ago (8:30pm on 1/2/24) I asked for three pretty simple items, two being small reeses twirls and one being a vanilla soft serve in a cup with chocolate sprinkles and a cone on top. The young girl that took my order was already rude but I didnt think anything of it because I am also a young woman in my 20s and understand sometimes we just dont wanna be at work or have other things going on. However, she brought out the vanilla soft serve and it had rainbow sprinkles. (Might i add, she never repeated the order back to me to confirm like they usually do before paying so my receipt does say rainbow sprinkles but Its not what I asked for out of my mouth) I was disappointed because I was bringing it to my mom who had been craving it for a while and wanted it to be perfect. my boyfriend let her know “Hey this was supposed to be chocolate sprinkles im so sorry” to which she proceeds to say “Well nobody told me that” and absolutely SLAMS the window in his face. She hands the new (correct) order out the window and boyfriend says “thank you have a good night” DESPITE HAVING A WINDOW SLAMMED IN HIS FACE, and she said nothing, slammed the window AGAIN and marched away. I never complain about anything but this was entitled teenage behavior and not how anyone should be treated when spending money at an establishment. While I struggled to bite my tongue in this situation, I do feel it needs to be addressed by a manager because it’s unacceptable. It was only two people on shift and my receipt says her name was Kiara R. It also was not busy even a little bit, we were the only people there so this was not a factor in the lack of effort and good customer service. Im so disappointed

A $5 deposit for my child to use the restroom while waiting for our ice cream we just bought. Ridiculous. Go get ice cream at Brusters instead.
