“A once in a lifetime experience. From the moment you walk in, the hostess make you feel welcome and was very attentive. The chef’s and bartender in the Omakase room were extremely knowledgeable, fun, professional, and great entertainers. The food.. the food was amazing, fresh, simple yet amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for this experience in Miami. Definitely would go again.”

“Great for oysters and bites. Great atmosphere, casual , fun also sport ( lots of tvs ) and great service. We order a dozen of fresh oysters (2 kind) , crab fondue ( small appetizers to start). Lobster dumplings ( so good !!!). Variety of wines and beer. Great service. We had Shelby he was fantastic. We are sorry that we don’t leave close . I can be in this friendly place every week .”

“This is the closest NY pizza you're going to get in South Florida. I've tried numerous spots spanning from Miami to Boca to West Palm and have only been let down. Paul is a stand up guy and knows how to fold the dough properly. Staff is incredibly warm and helpful. Sauce is good, but I prefer a touch more salt. I will keep coming back for sure!”

“We came here for a surprise baby shower, and I am absolutely in love with this place. This is the type of restaurant that is for any event! Whether it's romantic, for family, or group get-togethers (big or small). Oh, and the food! I ordered the churrasco, and it was absolutely perfect. It was cooked to perfection - super juicy and tender, and it came with veggies that were huge! The service was great too, our food came at a decent time. oh and don't forget the cocktails! Definitely a must. I didn't organize the baby shower but the person that did told me that they were absolutely great at accommodating their needs and at no extra cost to reserve for large groups. We were about 15 - 20 people. Might just celebrate my next birthday here!”

“If you want to try authentic spanakopita, this is the place for it. We were visiting Miami and staying downtown, but Ubered here twice just for spanakopita, horiatiki salata, Freddo cappuccinos and portokalopita. For a few hours I felt like I was in Greece again.”

“Sipsip is a great rooftop bar right in the heart of Coconut Grove! The views at sunset are spectacular, and they have an extensive happy hour menu including both food and drink specials. I recommend the sliders and the rum cocktail, and they have a good selection of beers as well. There's usually a lot of staff members even at peak hours when the bar tends to get busy, so I've never had to wait too long to be served. To get to the rooftop, just walk thru the lobby of the hotel and head to the elevators on the left of the atrium. You won't be disappointed!”

“Salt & Straw has become a staple in Coconut Grove, with people I know even driving out of their way to enjoy an after dinner ice cream delight. The combination of flavors are unique and unconventional, but they just seem to work! My first time going there, I got a special lavender and cheese combination that has been my favorite flavor so far. The regular lavender and honey they have on the menu right now is not the same, it's much sweeter and wasn't as fulfilling as the the original I tried. I've also enjoyed the salty donut guava and cheese combination. My last time there, my friend had suggested we get tasters for the upcycled series. I appreciate that they save foods and produce such as overly ripened bananas from waste to use in their flavors. I'm open to trying new flavors and I really wanted to like these, but for some reason I didn't like any of the combination of flavors from the 4 I tried. I've gone to Salt & Straw several times and there's always a line, so expect to have a wait to get your ice cream, although that has a certain charm too, because you all have this shared experience waiting to get your ice cream...makes you appreciate it more. Next time I eat dinner in the Grove, I'll definitely come back here for a scoop or two!”
