We had just booked our venue and were going back and forth on which caterer to go with, so we went to eat at one of the other caterers' restaurants to see how the food was, and while we were eating, we got a call from Brian. Again, it was so impressive that the quality did not falter while they cooked large volumes of food. This is another factor that sets Bill Hansen apart from any other caterers I have experienced. (My guests STILL talk to me about how good the food was and my wedding was over a month ago!)Lastly, one unique thing that I requested from Sandra was that she provide iced tea to my mom (who drinks iced tea constantly!!) for the wedding day. When we showed up to the event, Sandra had a vat of perfectly brewed iced tea.
