“If you love a good chicken sandwich and you’re all about the heat, then you have to try Bro’s Hot Chicken. They have a simple menu which is perfect for those trying to grab a quick meal and don’t have time to decide. We really enjoyed the Bro Bowl which is basically a chicken sandwich without the bun over a bed of fries! We also tried their medium heat Jumbo Tender with Sandwich and Fries combo which was amazingly delicious. The Bromenade effectively cooled down the spice while not being too sweet. The medium-plus heat Jumbo Tender has a strong after kick but was a good challenge. If you can’t handle heat, don’t worry they have a no spice option too! “Make sure you show up with a lot of patience because, while staff (very courteous) does all it can to prep orders, this Chick-fil-A is in an area with a courthouse, hospitals, UM's medical campus, and residencial housing, so the place gets packed, and you might have to wait a good 15 mins, like I did today, for you order to be ready.Parking is on the street (metered) or you can park at River Landing, it's free for under 2 hours, or, better yet, order ahead and pick up.“

“I went around 10:20 left at 10:43 in the drive-thru, I think it was because of the time and safety of team members .I enjoyed the Texas toast and fries, I didn’t really enjoy the tenders, they seemed bland in flavor and the canes sauces was not up to the hype everyone says, I found it too much and overly salty.Overall the restaurant is very nice, and clean I did notice one of the canopy lights that was broken. The drive thru is massive, and the colors are very nice I enjoyed the mural in the drive thru.I would not drive 30 minutes to eat here, but if I’m in the area it’s not the worst. We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! I have tried the chicken sandwich, the chicken wings and the chicken tenders and each time, the breading has been crispy and flavorful and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The Nashville hot with the honey hot sauce is my favorite flavor. Their sides are amazing. I’ve tried the macaroni and cheese, the greens, fries and the banana pudding. 10/10 would ALWAYS recommend!Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat pork or red meat. They have not one, but TWO lanes now, so everything moves faster! Line moves pretty fast inside too. They have plenty of parking and tables inside if you want to dine-in. In my experience, the staff has always been friendly and gone above and beyond, and that continues to be true in this location. I've been a couple of times already, to order both inside and through the drive-tru, and it's always the same. I go through phases where I obsess over certain menu items. First it was the grilled chicken sandwich, then the crispy nuggets, then the the spicy southwest salad with a cool wrap, and lately it's been the original chicken sandwich.
