“Our experience on April 16th was superb,starting from the food and ending with the exceptional service.Our wine and water was refilled promptly and consistently ,my chair was gently pulled back when going and coming from the bathroom,to find also a new napkin waiting for me.The ladies on the floor were engaging,polite and passionate.GREAT JOB!.I fully enjoyed my time at Shingo.A big thank you to the chef and team for their dedication.“

“Discover this phenomenal sushi restaurant located in Coral Way in Coral Gables, the decoration is so vibrant displaying a unique decor in every corner. The wall art and the figurines in the wall are fantastic too. The chairs are all different and the ambiance is very welcoming as well as the lighting, the venue has a lot of space and also offers outdoors seating. I loved the menu because it features photos, description and an interactive menu presented in a tablet with many choices including Latin/fusion dishes, signature rolls, sushi for big groups hot/cold teas, desserts and much more... I ordered the Marlenita and Santori signature rolls and they didn't disappoint. The pieces had a generous amounts of salmon, avocado and it was were perfectly prepared and crafted. I really loved each piece and the presentation was on point. I appreciate Esteban exceptional customer service. He was hospitable, attentive, and very professional. I will definitely return to try the signature bowls and eat more edamame!! Ps. The ice cream was soft, the Nutella made every bite delightful“

“After a nice candle light concert we were walking back to the car & we’re pretty hungry. Lucky us, there was a Sushi Sake right on the other side of the street so we decided to stop by.Since it was super nice out, we decided to go to outdoor dining.They have a great selection of drinks but we only wanted food this time. Most rolls were between $10-20 & they had good appetizer options. Service was super quick, everything we got was flavorful, crispy & warm.Would I go back? Absolutely. Would I try other things on the menu? You bet!“

“I have been coming to this sushi maki for about 4 years and I have always been greeted and attended by the nicest staff. I typically always order an ALHOA poke bowl and crab wontons. The ALHOA soy poke bowl is very yummy and my best friend and I get it all the time. Sushi maki also has a great happy hour mon-fri 5pm-7pm with $5 bites. If you're looking for a quick cheap dinner definitely go during happy hour.“
