“I found the Pork O’ Rican food truck at the Coral Springs Oktoberfest fest. My family is Puerto Rican, so I had to try some of their food. Their empanadas and bacalaitos were just like what I would have when my grandmother would come to visit! She is known for her cooking and their food was phenomenal! I can’t wait to find them at another event to try more.“

“The Quesabirria flavors weren't quite what I expected, but it still tasted very good, and the portion size was fair for the price. It's nice that they offer to open your drink bottle. I just wish they gave more lime because the wedge wasn't enough for the whole quesadilla. I can see why this place is consistently busy. I’m sure I will be back to try other menu items in the future!“

“I have to admit, the taco truck Taqueria El Molcajete was incredible! The fragrance of the mouthwatering meats sizzling on the grill and the homemade salsas screaming my attention was there as soon as I drew close. I tried so many tacos, and they were all amazing! The staff members there were like old friends to me, sharing their passion of delicious food and offering advice on what to try. The freshness of everything truly struck me; it tasted like a trip to Mexico without ever leaving the city. You should definitely check out El Molcajete taco truck if you're in the mood for some authentic tacos—you'll be going back for more with its amazing flavor!“

“I decided to try Trinos food truck in West Boca and I was not disappointed. My daughter and I both got burgers, and we can’t imagine finding a better burger anywhere else. This was by far the BEST BURGER either one of us has ever had! The flavor of the meat was amazing, and the toppings mixed together was just PERFECT. I also enjoyed their many signature sauces that were on every table. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart and made suggestions for us to try. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!“

“Good food. Everything is made fresh so the waits are a bit long. We came in April and it was so hot. We waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. It was unbearably hot. Ambience, comfort, temperature, everything affects the taste of the food. I would have enjoyed it more if I was not standing in the hot sun for 30 minutes. I know- it's a food truck. They can't help it. I get it. Definitely 5 stars for the food.“

“I think 5 stars is far too low for the experience that we had working with Adam and the staff for Sidecar Kitchen. We were hosting a corporate event and were referred to Sidecar by another vendor. From the first email, we knew we were in great hands. Adam is so responsive and answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. The menu choices are extensive but don't worry, every item they made for us was as good if not better than the way it sounds on the menu. They arrived early and were so friendly right off the bat it felt like we had worked with them for years. And their staff was incredibly professional, friendly and kept the guests happy and fed all night. Adam and another staff member even stayed passed time to see if they could help clean after the event was over. We will 100% be using Sidecar for any event that we can moving forward and if you are lucky enough to book them for an event, you can rest easy knowing it is going to be done to the highest caliber. “This restaurant is a gem on Sistrunk Blvd. I kept it simple and ordered the 6 hot honey breaded wings and fries. The wings were piping hot, crispy, jumbo, and juicy. My meal plus a drink was under $15 and well worth it. The staff demonstrated great hospitality. I’ll be back to try the lemonade.“

“They have potential. I tried the conch fritters and they were pretty large and they give you a lot for what you pay.. however they were mostly bread and lacked flavor, like it was missing seasonings and herbs. Next time I may try the salmon bites dinner.“

“They did it again! I was in Fort Lauderdale and I was looking for a place to eat. I was a little bit skeptical about returning to this location. I thought "maybe they just had a good day the first time" or "maybe it was just the chef that was working that day" or " maybe I was just really tired and it tasted good to me in that state" but I decided to be courageous and try it again... When I tell you, my skepticism was erased! It was good the first and they did it again a second time. My taste buds were delighted. The potato was soft creamy all the way through, just cooked to perfection. The meat was well seasoned and paired well with the potato. My only critique is I would have liked more mushrooms because I'm a mushroom girl, but it was great. The restaurant is simple, comfortable, very relaxed and casual l, but clean. This is going to be my go to spot whenever I am in this part of Broward county. THIS is comfort food.“
