The person that helped me suggested the 5-day cleanse and allowed me to customize the flavors of the juices to my taste. “One of the best ran juice bars I’ve had a chance to know! The ingredients are expensive of highest quality, which is rare to see. Also, cleanliness is exceptional, also rare to see. I can tell the owner really knows about natural and wholistic health in the way recipes for smoothies and other drinks have been balanced and thought out and by the choice of ingredients. I love the crystal selection, and very affordable! It’s a corner of Italian quality and hospitality in Florida. I really enjoy the atmosphere here.“

“Delicious açaí bowls! There are lots of options including a variety of bases (açaí, pitaya, coconut, mango and some sort of green - kale &/or spinach) but I'm a creature of habit and stick with the açaí base. The granola they use is really good. The portion is typically legit and the people who work there are friendly and upbeat. The atmosphere is beach vibes and super cute! I also like the protein bites! They're chocolate peanut butter and very yummy!!“

“I came in almost daily for a training I had in the building- the cafe is conveniently accessible from the outside and inside of the building, too. Everyone was always so warm, welcoming, and greeted me by name as I came in. I loved their sandwiches (made right in front of you!), fantastic coffee, and unbeatable tres leches. They also have a buffet option! Even with their hectic schedule, they always somehow make such a personalized experience for each customer. If you’re passing by, staying at the Ft Lauderdale Marriott Hotel, or just looking for some great service- Resto Cafe is the place to go.“

“Don’t sleep on this spot. Food is fresh, well portioned and DELICIOUS. Their skirt steak bowl is out of control. The steak is perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and clean. This is definitely my new favorite lunch spot.“

“So after work I decided to walk into this quaint little shop that looks really nice inside and found out they have (as you would assume lol) an assortment of empanadas. I always go for spinach or chicken as my go-to empanadas. Spinach was the choice today heres the kicker this wasn't any spinach empanada it was spinach and mozzarella!!!!! I raised an eyebrow I was also offered spicy mayo and cilantro mayo with both my spinach empanadas let me tell you something the flavors were delightful the empanadas were crispy and the mix of spinach and mozzarella wss so freaking amazing I said "wow, to the cashier this is really good. This is REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!!! Um I had a long day but this empanada sure picked me up because now I know I'll be stopping by again if I have time to try the other flavors. Highly recommended!!!!“

“This spot has juice, acai, grain bowls, bagels, and more! They can be found in the plaza at the corner Flamingo and Pines Blvd. I've been waiting for this spot to open up and I'm excited I got to try it after pickleball one morning. There's a lot for easy parking and right at the corner of a strip in the plaza right off Flamingo Rd. The inside is spacious but they only have mainly high top tables. They have wifi so I got to work a bit here. Their menu has a lot of variety: from protein shakes, juices, acai bowls, sandwiches, etc. I was a bit overwhelmed with choices, but in the best way! They have something for everyone and the menu has enough to keep me coming back to try more. For this past visit, I got the Goliath smoothie and also the Blaze bowl. Both were pretty good. The Goliath smoothie has 36 grams of whey protein, strawberries, almond milk, nutella, and cacao. I was a bit disappointed it didn't have much of the nutella taste. The Blaze bowl has sriracha chicken, greens, brown rice, almonds, hemp seeds, sesame-ginger dressing- it was super filling and the bowl was super deep. The items are pretty pricey but most are worth the price. Overall, a great spot for breakfast or a quick (filling) snack.“

During our mural work nearby, they graciously hosted our artists' group, and their hospitality was beyond description. The food they serve is not only incredibly delicious but also nutritious. The cafe is quiet and cozy. It was inspiring to see many customers working on their computers. Highly recommend to give it a try!“

“It was fine. I got the egg white skinny feta wrap. I asked for no tomato. Unfortunately my order was to go and I didn’t know until I got home that there were a lot of tomatoes in it and fly fuel is closed now. I know people make mistakes but unfortunately it does ruin the taste for me. I also wasn’t fond of the dragonfruit mango lemonade but that might just be a personal taste thing.Service was great and the food was fresh. There were some good vegan and vegetarian options that someone in front of me was ordering.“

“I had a gift card for this spot and decided to go use it. The spot is hidden in the back of the salon and you know the saying- it’s a gem! I chose the snickers bar shake and oh my- it was oh so good. It was rich, refreshing and fulfilling. This spot is small and cozy and the server is awesome! Highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the area!“

“Good old hole in the wall ice cream shop. They offer a large selection of ice cream and sorbets along with waffel cones and bowls.They do offer teas and milk shakes if you don't want a sunday, which is ok, I guess you are a non fun reader. I'm kidding.A unique thing about this place is that they offer some crazy ice cream flavors that I had never seen before. I mean, an ice cream flavor called Superman has to have some superhero powers, right?“

“We ordered delivery this am through Uber eats. The food came packaged perfectly (even with ice to keep it cool!). The açaí bowl was perfect (not too sweet) for my 9 year old and the banana oatmeal was delicious. I love coconut water and the water with the coconut "meat" was great. Thanks!“

“First time and truly enjoyed it. We ordered the pitaya bowl and mango tango. I loved that they use real ingredients and no extra added sugar. We ordered the pitaya without granola. The mango tango for a healthier option could of been ordered without condensed milk .....but man does that mixture hit the spot...really liked it! Great selection of menu. We dined in and enjoyed ourselves,the establishment is clean and a relaxing place for a sweet treat. Must try it!“
