“I randomly ordered take out here for the family one Friday night and I picked it up. The order was ready quick and the staff were really nice. The restaurant was clean and had a great ambiance. There were plenty people inside eating dinner. We enjoyed the food.“

“UPDATE: After posting my initial review I was contacted by a LongHorn Marketing Partner who sincerely apologized for the incident. I was very appreciative that concern was shown for our negative treatment that day. As stated in my prior review I gave the establishment 1 star because of the incident. The establishment itself and subsequent interaction with the Marketing Partner and Guest Relations representative deserve 5 stars. Therefore, I have updated my review and have given them the 5 stars that is deserved. I won't let 1 bad apple spoil the barrel.PRIOR REVIEW: Disappointed. I gave the establishment 1 star because of the MANAGER! She needs to take training on customer service because her attitude with us was I'm the manager and if you'll don't like what I'm saying then you all can leave. We only stayed because my niece had just graduated and had her heart set on eating there.The manager needs to learn that ALL customers should be treated respectfully and most importantly EQUALLY!After the way she treated us we won't return. There are so many establishments in that area that they have to compete with, you'd think this establishment would try and keep the customers that they do get.“
