It was my family's first visit amd we felt like we've been going there for years. All the employees were courteous and kept checking to see if we were OK and if our drinks were filled. “I have been looking for great croissants, and Amy's does not disappoint. A little off the beaten path, but very cozy: breakfast and lunch only, but indoors and outdoors. Excellent croissants. “This quickly became our breakfast spot during our stay in the area. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, but the food and drinks are amazing!My husband fell in love with their omlettes, Cuban toast, and home fries. I had the breakfast burrito and their croissant breakfast sandwiches. Their homemade salsa made each dish even better. For beverages, I highly recommend their iced lattes or, if you're looking for something non caffeinated, the coco limonada was amazing.It's a family owned and run spot, and everyone was super friendly and attentive. It felt like we were part of the family each time we went here. They were dog friendly also and got some extra home potatoes for our pup to eat with us. Can't wait to go back when we visit next time.“

“First time here so we ordered a little bit of everything . HANDS DOWN BEST GRITS I’ve ever had . Waffle hot and sweet and fluffy. Eggs were cooked perfect. Sausage a little too spicy (but would’ve been great later with peppers and onions on a hoagie roll!) and the potatoes - lord the potatoes! Perfect little off the beaten path spot. Did I mention the grits ???? Perfection !“

“Went to this place today after having searched for a Diner near my hotel two days ago. It was a bit of a walk but sooooo worth it! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, loved how it was decorated and the overhead train was the cutest thing ever! The service was so great my kids and I were not expecting our food to be ready so soon. It caught us by surprise since we usually have to wait quite a while whenever we go to a diner. The waiter was a nice lady, the food was decently priced and best of all, it was tasty! I have only one day left in Fort Lauderdale and I am already lamenting the fact that I won’t have time to come to this place again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“We had just landed at FLL for our weekend trip and wanted to find a quick brunch to enjoy! After a 10 minute wait, we were seated! Our server, Anna, was amazing -- very attentive and helpful. We had a corned beef bowl, salmon egg benedict and the daily special of ricotta toast! absolutely would eat here again!“

“When I retire, this is where I want to dine every day for either breakfast or lunch. I have been coming here for years and take all of our out of town family members to it. The staff is amazing and the food is so delicious. I never have to worry about something not tasting right or being served cold. They remember nearly all of their customers and never skimp on the small stuff like condiments, coffee refills, and recommendations. “We arrived at 11AM on a Sunday without a reservation so of course we expected brunch rush. They told us the wait time would be 30 minutes and texted us that our table was ready after 20 minutes, so not a long wait. We were sat and attended to very quickly.Food came out quickly as well and was filling and tasty. I had the french toast and my husband had the breakfast tacos. It was great and cheap!Our server Christian was great, thank you!“

“Compared to last year, the food was not as good. The breakfast burrito was tasteless. The buffet was very good, but they ran out of plates and bowls and were slow to replace them. The table service is very friendly and efficient. Prices are what you would expect at a resort restaurant. Parking is very expensive, $32 for the first 3 hours, promised a voucher but the process did not work. We have no plans to return next year.“

“Wow! What a hidden gem. This is definitely the go to weekend spot. This family owned cafe is absolutely adorable. All of the desserts look incredible. Our food was so fresh. The eggs were cooked medium and cooked to perfection. The croissant was buttery and flakey. I was absolutely incredible. The young man running the counter was super nice. We sat outside and he brought us our waters and food. He was very sweet. Great experience. Can't wait to make this our weekend spot!“

“Second time eating from this First Watch this week lol. I loved the holey donuts during my last visit, so I got them again today. I was hoping they'd still be hot because I live ~7mins away from the location, but they sadly weren't. Even still, they were pretty good especially with the fruity sauce (raspberry?). I'd never tried the superfoods bowl before, so decided to true it and this chia was really good! I didn't realize the bread was whole grain (I would've preferred plain), so I didn't try it. Really good and filling meal“

“Food was excellent, unfortunately our server although very sweet and polite kind of abandoned us. She brought our coffee and some water right away. Someone else brought our food and my wife’s order was totally forgotten. I had to flag a gentleman down and he brought it. When we’re done our server reappeared with the bill. She asked if we needed anything. My wife asked for napkins and she disappeared again. No napkins. Good food, sloppy service.Went in today 03/28 and our server Sarah was wonderful. Take great care of us and the food was excellent!“

“Kelvin professional greeted us at the door, gave us a choice of where we wanted to sit. he was happy to see us as we sat down for our food very kind. He came back every 5-6 minutes to check on us. The food is incredibly delicious. The grits is unbelievable to reminds me of my father and mother when they were cook on Saturday morning homemade biscuits salmon croquette oh my God a good place to come on a Sunday when you don’t want to cook. “I have been coming to Long Island Cafe for a long time now and it is absolutely one of the best cafes around. The friendly staff, who remember you and your drink order, the food and the prices are hard to beat. The breakfast potatoes are my favorite, but the omelettes and pancakes are divine too. “Came in for bagels and discovered there is a lot more offered here! Full menu and sit down restaurant with breakfast/lunch options. Obviously bagels galore, but plenty of other options too. You can even buy their bagels alone and/or their special cream cheeses! My fiancé and I came in to order some bagel sandwiches to go and we were not disappointed. We both ordered the lox everything bagel sandwiches. They were absolutely delicious and you cannot go wrong with the order. Great bagels, lots of delicious cream cheese, and fresh lox and capers! We can't wait to go back for other breakfast options or maybe just go back for more lox bagel sandwiches.“

“Had to take a minute to review our breakfast experience this am. My wife and I took a friend to the airport and decided to stop for a bite and coffee instead of going home and fixing it ourselves. I have to say hats off to our waitress, Nisa, and the cook. She was a wonderful waitress and stayed busy cleaning the coffee area and food counter as well as keeping her eye on the customers. The food was prepared exactly as ordered (nothing under or overcooked). Definitely recommend this IHOP for breakfast!!“

“Best IHOP in South Florida and I hope management realizes that. I get around Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and I will to be near to eat here. The food is always on point, my hats off to the Chefs. I've been eating here for the last 4yrs and its always a pleasure. I'm welcomed when I arrive and feel at home. Joan, Maria Stefany, Alfredo, Jailylin, Gene, Alisha and all the rest. Many times its busy but its always worth the wait. Thank you for being so great and always looking out for me. “Everything about the Garden Grill is awesome. The food was delicious, the portions generous and the service was excellent. The French toast was cooked to perfection and the Mexican breakfast was a symphony of eggs, chorizo, salsa and avocados. If you are in town and looking for a breakfast that isn't a gamble this is the spot!“
