“Hook's is a hole in the wall restaurant off Hillsboro. The building is a bit run down, but the food makes up for that. We tried the fried shrimp, the chicken nuggets, and the chicken tenders. The fried shrimp was absolutely excellent. The chicken nuggets are essentially big chunks of chicken breast, similar to the tenders. They were served fresh and very hot, so hot in fact that we felt the chicken tasted better after cooling down for 15 minutes or so. Hook's does have a drive through and it was consistently busy for our entire time there. The service inside was a bit slow due to the drive through.“

“Fun fast casual Mexican food restaurant. I stop by whenever I am in the neighborhood for some tacos Al pastor. The burritos are also excellent. The green and red sauces are both delicious, and the hot salsa is respectable. Be sure to get some horchata to compliment the hot salsa. ;)“

“I thought this place was really good.the workers are all very friendly and you get to watch them make your sub,this way they can't make your sub wrong and forget something your ordered on you sub.if the cold cuts were a little better I would have given them a 5 star rating all around.the bread was really good also.“
