“Driving home to Delray from seeing a show at The Hardrock, I was starving. The only thing open closest to me was KFC. I got there 30 minutes before closing so I expected maybe some things wouldn't be available. Much to my surprise, when I ordered, they gave me my total! Super happy, I paid, went home and it was the BEST meal ever!!!! Even thought it was about 1:30 in the morning!“

“I work next door to this location and had to go over and right some wrongs that were done to mine and my coworkers meals. The manager on duty, (I do not know her name, unfortunately) on 4/11 was so quick, cordial, and kind. She obviously knows what great customer service looks like!“

“This Chick-Fil-A is the worst one I’ve ever been to, now that I think of it I have never been to a bad one before. I have given this place a few chances but they just seem to get things wrong so consistently that I drive to the Linton one even though this one is right around the corner. The staff is so rude and the get the order wrong 70% of the time, they forget utensils sauces it’s ridiculous. One time I got a regular chicken sandwich and it was gross and not edible, I looped back through the drive through and told them and they said “my only option was to pay for another one and hope it comes out good”. This one store gives chick a bad name. I hope management can get this worked out because there issues are so far ranging all the way to quality of food to their staff.UPDATE: Management has this place running like a well oiled machine now, food is fresh and service is great!“

“Pollo Tropical is such a great restaurant for so many reasons. The sauces, variety of options, the fact that everything is cooked directly in sight of customers.I'll be honest, I'm not quite sure why this location has such horrible reviews. While the staff wasn't very friendly, they were efficient and got me my food in an timely mannerThey did give me the wrong type of yuca, but it was still delicious.If you're craving some mojo pork, rice and beans, or yuca, give this place a shot!“
