Just walked out of your place (left $5 on the table for the Coke and ice water), after waiting 20+ minutes for our waitress to stop walking by, talking to other employees, checking her tips, and basically ignoring us - and take our order. We even passed by her on the way out, and didn't say a word to us. We're at El Camino - where they want our business for the third time this week, and no less than 3 or 4 staff members greeted us, and we were waited on in 5 minutes.
