Went to proper on Congress last night (6/28). The ice cream is delicious but dear lord the service was horrible. We were the only people there and 2 people were behind the counter. It took forever for the guy to get our order. The girl was just walking around aimlessly instead of helping. We ordered a shake and it took forever for the guy to get the cups and then he had to go next store to get the milk. By this time there was a line. Eventually a car load of people left. As much as I would recommend the ice cream I can’t recommend the location. It’s really a shame.
