“Yami’s exemplifies the adage: knowledge is power. Pity the thousands of drivers on I95 who miss one of the best homemade ice cream shops in the world as they drive past Fellsmere. Yami’s is only a pleasant 3 miles from the Fellsmere/Sebastian exit and if there were a sign for Yami’s there surely would be a traffic jam. Yami’s has wonderful, fresh, wholesome, delicious ice cream and other frozen treats, inexpensive, with friendly service. If you’re in the area, be it as resident, visitor or just driving nearby, you will not be disappointed.”

"ranchilocos" (rancheritos.. dorilocos) fresas con crema .. let me tell you they are not stingy with their crema and that's the best part! my all time Favorite, their "raspados".. my favorite is "Pina con Chamoy" and "Fresa con chamoy" this place is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth problem.. such as myself.. they ugraded the place and its so inviting! their "paletas de Hielo" are so refreshing for the hott florida weather.. and I love all the options they have! “My wife and I are traveling across the United States in a motor home. We happened upon this place looking for a place to sit down and have dinner. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The prices were very reasonable, the food was great, the service was excellent. We went back again the next night instead of trying to find something new which is practically unheard of while traveling. “This is hidden gem in a very small town in Fellsmere. We have actually eaten there several times over the years. Tried it again last week and had one of the best meals ever. I had the blackened catfish lunch with black eyed peas and okra, yum. Most of their food is southern style. My husband had the chicken with baked beans and mashed potatoes. Our friends who had never been there tried the frog legs and the BLT. No one was disappointed. The service was good and this historic building did not disappoint.”

“I read about this place in a local 321 food group. My family and I were on our way home from Lakeland to Palm Bay and decided to stop and give them a try. Coming from SoCal, my family and I enjoy great Mexican food. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed!I ordered two asada tacos and two chicken and my wife ordered a chicken burrito. The meat in the tacos was seasoned just right and paired with the perfect hot sauce. My wife noted the grilled tortilla on her burrito and overall thought her burrito was amazing! The chips and salsa was hot and fresh as well.We ended up going back a week later and I got 1 asada taco, 1 barbacoa taco, and 2 chicken tacos. Again, amazing! The barbacoa taco with the melted cheese so was dang good and had so much flavor. My wife got just a bean and cheese burrito and that too was very good!The restaurant itself is a cool little spot, the customer service has been amazing each time we've come, they have plenty of options of drinks and desserts, and overall plenty of great options from their menu. We found our new favorite Mexican food spot.”
