I was asked what temp I wanted my food. I said hot. It turned up twice cold. Very peculiar staff and head waiter. When the food eventually turn up hot, I got no apology and had to ask for a steak nice. Service needs attention to detail. Food needs to be served hot if asked for hot. Paying the bill was just as painful, ended up paying cash. A shame as it was a good location and the food when ok right eventually. The Staff made it hard work. More training needed for head waiter lady and waiter. Let’s see what happens next time. ?
