Had lunch at Cuba Libre and it was delightful. The restaurant is located in the heart of Las Olas Boulevard, has a huge full bar, gorgeous interior, and ample outdoor seating. My Coconut Mojito was perfectly prepared and had the optimal portions of alcohol and coconut to make it thoroughly enjoyable. We loved this place! Great food! We had the croquettes, the guacamole and plantain chips to start, all were delicious! Good spice and very fresh. We split the cabana sandwich, came with black bean soup and salad. Everything was very delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!!

Dined here on Mother's Day and to our surprise the restaurant seemed to be short staffed, so there was a bit of a wait time. However, staff was nice and tried their best to accommodate everyone. Food was very good which was a plus!
