“We had an excellent time at Chili's yesterday at the Cypress Creek location. Richard was our server - and he had served us in the past a while back. We had the 3 for Me Menu - which is a great deal - and the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches we ordered were absolutely fresh, delicious and piping hot. Richard is one of the most professional servers - he always makes us feel welcome, with a smile, knows the menu inside and out and is always on top of the table. We wish there were more servers like Richard - he takes his job seriously, truly cares and has such positive energy. So this experience was a 10 out of 10 with a great meal and fantastic server - we hope that Chili's can recognize Richard for outstanding customer service - he truly is an asset to your organization. Looking forward to seeing Richard again!!Parking: This location has plenty of parking as it's located in a lot with other retailers.“

“Difficult place to eat gluten free. Online reviews said they had chips and such but chips and all meat are unsafe for gluten intolerant folks. Salmon and salad were great, but limited to that and tacos. Not even the chips.Waitress did make sure though and that was really appreciated!“

“Walk in during happy hour. And it was busy but there is plenty of seating at this location for the bar area. I was immediately greeted by my serve Stephanie. She explained the Happy hour specials with her recommendation of the popular drinks. I love the fact that she asked if I was a rewards member and also told me the immediate rewards we get by signing up for the rewards. We got free chips and salsa for becoming rewards member and Stephanie bring the drinks out quickly as well as the chips and salsa. Well waiting for our food we observed the bartender checking and deep cleaning all of the drink glasses which I thought I really like this location. Being that I am OCD and mostly only use plastic silverware when going to most restaurants because of to many bad experiences with dirty dishes in the pass. The food was brought out quickly and I everything was good and hot! All of the extra condiments we requested when ordering came out with the food loved that as well. The food did go up a little the triple dipper is typically around $15 now it's around $22. But I feel it's well worth the amount of food you receive. Overall, I had a great experience with one of my favorite restaurants. Great customer service and food and the prices of the food and drinks were standard fast food restaurant prices.“

“We were in for a meal during our vacation at Hollywood Beach and decided to go to Chili's because I had a gift card to use. We both had the 3 for Me with the Chicken Tortilla soup and Cajun Shrimp Pasta. The food was delicious. Our server, Robert, was awesome. We couldn't ask for a better person. His personality, attentiveness , and knowledge makes for a man with great customer service skills. You have a great asset to your team.“

“We come here every single Tuesday for our typical Taco Tuesday Bike ride. We spend tons of money here! Ordinarily, this is a decent place with decent food...this time it was horrible! The chicken wings were so overdone that I could not bite them...I had to yank and pull to get the meat off the bone to the point I dumped the entire thing in the garbage. This is not typical of the place, but when they prepared those wings, they had no business serving the wings to anybody... not even a dog! This experience was horrible! I hope they do not do this next time. Horrible experience.“

I typically don't like chilled lobster salad but this was divine!Also ordered the turkey club sandwich with the fresh fruit and had to try a bite even though we were stuffed and it was delicious.
