I ordered lamp chop and wagyu A5 Japanese - the one most expensive here but the quality terrible for steak . Lamp was tender but Wagyu not. I asked for medium rare but they served medium well. So disapointed for 250$ of the Wagyu. DO NOT ORDER WAGYU here. They cheat you to serve the cheap

Service here is really bad they need more help. I literally at at the bar and Ryan finally took care of me after waiting 22 minutes. Robert on the other hand was terrible. Never even looked at me when I needed a refill just took my empty and didn't even acknowledge me.

Best bar I've been to in a while. Service was great. Shout out to Laura! Ask for her, she's very attentive, great personality and can make you any drink you can think of. Will definitely be back.

Very expensive for what you get. The rooms are nice and updated, but only one bath towel and 1 blanket. I had to msg to get more towels, never got the blanket. Smoking cigars and cigarettes at the pool was really out of control. The casino is also so Smokey. Gross. No table games worth anything. The pools are amazing, if you pay $4000 for a cabin rental. Plus, you can't go in the "lagoon"? The operator couldn't understand when I asked for a porter to take my luggage down when I checked out.. The only staff that really new what they were doing was the check in staff, the bell staff and the staff checking you in at the pool

Worst casino I have been to…inside or outside of the US. I don’t even care about the utter absurdity in the tight tables, they make you buy drinks and have miserable staff. Can’t wait to see this place turn into another rusted down shanty on the side of a Florida highway. Learn to play the long game, (customer service) or lose everything. Word of advise to an institution that is only memorable for crappy shirts that plague your bottom drawer.

We spent the day at the Hard Rock casino. It was lots of fun, with a huge variety of slots. There were table games and a poker room. Lots of entertainment and a few restaurants. We ate at the Hard Rock Pub & Grill which had great food and service. Fun day!

Some of the worst bartenders I've ever encountered. And I've encountered quite a few.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This hotel and experience was hands down the worst hotel we have ever been to. Checked in and was sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Went back down and was transferred to another room. We proceeded to unpack some of our things and head down stairs for a drink before coming back to the room to get ready for dinner reservations. Came back to the room half an hour later to find that the bed had been stripped. Not sure why this happened when the room was clearly occupied. But it also wasn't like they were servicing the room and remade the bed. They just left it. Pillows on top of dresser with no pillowcases, comforter in the chair and the bed completely stripped. Went back down to address this with management (who had no interest in hearing about it) and their idea of fixing the situation was to send housekeeping up to the room to hand us sheets. Ultimately, housekeeping ended up remaking the bed (which took her 40 minutes to do). DON'T EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE. They had no interest in making it right.

This resort was incredible! Went for a concert and stayed for three nights. Too bad the rooms were not as nice as the rest of the place! For the price, they should have been! Lots of restaurants available, as well as a food court.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in the Oasis Tower. The room is large, clean, very quiet and well decorated. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is enormous. View from the room is nice. I would definitely pick Oasis Tower over the Hardrock Tower any day.

This casino I never win in. Been 4 x and it's instant loose. It's the tightest casino I've even been too. Also they are stingy with their nights and room upgrades. They only offer 2 nights and don't even offer my wife nights anymore. 2 nights is not enough to visit from out of state. They always promise me Oasis but as always give me Guitar rooms. The people that they send you to when you call their 1800# or even from "0" in the room they send you to the Philippines to TOTAL incompetent morons that don't know any answers have no authority and don't care to help. I was asking about a promotion and the promotion team sent me to security on prem. Did I mention the casino is tight and doesn't pay. Don't wast your time here or you will definitely water your money and leave feeling like it was a horrible experience. Also the Hard Rock Cafe here has the worst food I've even had at any restaurant. The Bowl asian restaurant has bland flavors. The poolclub music is loud when staying in the Guitar.

Usually around my birthday in years past we have gone on a cruise somewhere. But this year we decided to stay in Florida and because we had never been to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, which is very close, we decided to come and check it out! I never imagined this hotel and casino were so large. One can walk and walk and there are lots of restaurants, stores like one finds on a cruise ship, a food court with their version of fast foods, and of course the huge casino which is the reason for the hotel. It is not inexpensive, however, but well worth it in lieu of going on a cruise or flying to Las Vegas since we live in Miami. Can recommend!
