We have been here four times this year! Our first time in May while on Vacation and 3 times this vacation! It truly is amazing. Service is always good Lyn and Roy this trip were friendly and personalable. I have had the Portabella Mushroom ravioli and the Lobster and Shrimp ravioli. I highly recommend both. The sauces are to die for. Fresh and creamy with great flavors. Dessert is delicious I have had Tiramisu both times. This place will not let you down. I would make reservations just to be on the safe side. I would like to say our second trip here we got pizza and it was very good the service that visit was not as good as the other visits. She didn't offer dessert and we had to ask someone for refills. Everyone has an off day and I still recommend Ali's 100%
We scheduled a retirement party 14 days in advance at the time of booking the only thing we were told was that there would be a $25 fee for bringing in our own cake which was ok. Then when we arrived we were seated outside sweating to death and to late to change the venue stressed out because the retiree who served 20 years in the military’s only request was a nice indoor restaurant on purpose not outside or on the beach so they could be comfortable and enjoy their guests. The heat and seating was worst case scenario for the whole party and almost unbearable. We spoke to management which was no help so because we had no choice we had the retirement dinner there since the whole party had arrived ruining the veterans only wish for their dinner. The waitress was great but due to this horrible experience that was not rectified we will never dine there again or recommend this place to anyone worst customer service ever and they still had the nerve to add their gratuity. Every guest agreed the situation was not handled correctly and were disgusted by the business. The cake and cookies were ruined due to the extreme heat and all they offered was a fan which did little to nothing. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it.
