We celebrated my parent’s wedding anniversary at the Bay Café. After we left the restaurant our debit card was used by the waitress to steal another tip. When we called the restaurant our waitress admitted doubling her tip. We were stunned that this is a common occurrence. We have many good restaurants in the local area. For our tourist neighbors when you visit do not eat at Bay Café. The food is marginal, the staff are rude, and our waitress fraudulently used out debit card to steal from us. You will notice many reviews about the rude staff.
