This was a welcome surprise. We recently went to Peru and were craving some of the staples we had while there. It was a culinary-based trip and we found ourselves really connected with the Peruvian cuisine. A friend recommended Don Cha and we went for my birthday. Quite simply it was phenomenal. The food was delicious! It's been years since I've had a lomo saltado that was worth my money but this was totally worth it. Everything was made fresh and big portions. Also had the pollo (chicken) saltado and great too, perfectly seasoned. Our waitress did a great job servicing the restaurant as well. It's not easy tending to 6 tables to include 2 groups of 6 or more.

Food was good and very flavorful. Service was solid. Some plates took longer to come out but it was a pleasant experience. Called ahead of time to have a table set up for a party of 12, staff assisted with this quickly. Would recommend!
