This Dunkin’ is awful. There’s always a problem. They seem to always be out of doughnuts, no matter the time of day. They hardly ever have their cold brew coffee and their featured coffees. Their customer service is awful and their speed of service is the slowest I’ve ever come across, no joke. The owner and manger have terrible leadership and certainly do not train their employees enough. I’m sure new management could turn this Dunkin’ into something great that people actually enjoy going to.
