Hi folks! I’ve been a long time patron of Back 40 Urban Fresh and it’s a wonderful family place to go. I’ve had both dine in and take out food multiple times. Last Sunday the manager told me the new salad they had was the best he’s ever had. I thought about it for a few days and decided to get it to go. I don’t do take out too often because my beautiful Sicilian wife is the greatest cook in the world. The manager was absolutely correct! It is by far the best salad I’ve ever had.
