It’s been 2 yrs since I’ve been here so it’s nice to get good food and good customer service finally, thank youEvery time I try to place an online order no matter what time is it I always have to call because just like the crew member said they turn off any delivery notifications off. So I call to place the order and guess what I can't place an order on the phone either. The general manager of this restaurant should be very disappointed I hope it's not the same general manager that was here when they had to close the whole restaurant having bad maintenance, coolers werent in proper temperature food was molded and you had bug infestation am I correct? yes that is correct. Google it. Every time it's the same thing and every time I try to give ya the benefit of the doubt and you guys still disappoint me every single time.fire all your employees. “The lime is located in the River Landing plaza in the Allapattah area The employees here are so kind and the management is on top of everything If they ever get an order incorrect, they replace your food or try to reimburse you to fix the situation I like ordering and sitting by the lovely river and enjoy the atmosphere The inside of the location is very pretty and they offer late night lime deals after 9 pm“

“Saw their fb ad today and had to try it. went to Pinecrest location. To begin, the staff, in particular the lady taking our order was extremely pleasant and easy to order with. We ordered to go, she gave us chips and some of the best, fresh salsas ive had at a restaurant. Got home and the reat definitely did not dissapoint. The steak tacos were perfect. great tasting steak! The queso was amazing...good enough to go sit there just to eat that! Will definitely be a regular at this place. This location is close to my sons school and I noticed they have locations all over miami. Highly, Highly recommend it!“

“I ordered the three shrimp tacos as I couldnt get one. I ordered one steak taco as I could get one of those. I ordered 2 unsweetened teas. this was a good stop for after work food. the sauce bar seems popular here. the other items were on whest flour tortilla so I didn't consider those. te tacos were on corn tortilla. overall good for the price“

“So, we are here visiting from Texas and saw this place on Door Dash. We tried to order and there was an issue. I called and spoke with one of the managers because our order was canceled because of a glitch. The manager, I think her name was Tina?? She was very apologetic and asked if we would possibly try again later. She asked me for my name which I gave her.Hours later, we decided to place our order. When the driver was on his way, the manager called me to confirm that I was the person she had talked to earlier.She threw in a couple of extra treats with our order.To say the food was absolutely incredible is an understatement!!! Everything was fantastic and to have such incredible customer service was the cherry on top!!!! Excited to come back to Miami so I can introduce this incredible place to my husband!!!!Everyone must try this place!!!!“
