“We had an amazing experience at Blue Bamboo! Our waitress was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable and the food was delicious! There were lots of vegan/vegetarian options. We ordered the veggie spring rolls, general tso’s cauliflower, dragon whiskers, and veggie jai tofu. Everything was fantastic and came out right on time.“

“Wow! This place reminds me of home. I haven't been back to Taiwan in a long while. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1, and there was a fair amount of people. It wasn't crowded but pleasantly stocked with people. Popular on a.sunfay afternoon if I do say so myself. I ordered the stinky tofu, Taiwanese sausage, lamb skewers, and the octopus skewers. It might not be a lot but I had to take home leftovers. It was more filling than I thought. I LOVED the stinky tofu. It's a rare delicacy I don't find in many places, and I'd recommend it if you wanted to try something new. It definitely reminded me of home. The sausage was a standard.chinese sausage, though I wish they had the double rice sausage wrap, but it was tasty none the less. The skewers were covered in cumin, which is definitely authentic. I love it. I would have to say though that the lamb skewers had a stronger lamb gamey flavor than I usually like, but it was still very good. This place gives a clean hip feeling. It's tastefully decorated. Even though I know things are written in simplified Chinese and is from China, all the food I tried has strong Taiwanese flavor to it. Could be Fujian? Anyway, I'll be back. I love it!“

“Was guided by The Holy Spirit here when I wasn't feeling well and just wanted a good soup.I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with pan-fried pork katsu instead of chashu to go.1. The packaging of my to-go order was greatly appreciated and thoughtful- soup in one bowl, chashu in another where it wouldn't really sweat as much and the noodles and encutrements were in a separate bowl.2. This ramen was just hands down what I needed and sooo tasty!Will come back and maybe try the sushi“

“After trying multiple Chinese restaurants I have finally found the perfect mainstream restaurant. They are always consistently serving great dishes. Clean and friendly. Wonderful customer service. Now, being a regular, they know us by name. After 6 years of experience, we have finally found our go-to for Chinese food in Jax. Not to mention, the portions are more than fair and fairly priced. “The food I had was great and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. Lo mein and general tsao chicken. Forgot to snap a photo but well packaged and made fresh. The atmosphere inside isn’t very inviting, but it’s a Chinese takeout place so that’s not a big deal. They do good deals on the delivery apps sometimes too!“
