We had an amazing experience at Blue Bamboo! Our waitress was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable and the food was delicious! There were lots of vegan/vegetarian options. We ordered the veggie spring rolls, general tso’s cauliflower, dragon whiskers, and veggie jai tofu. Everything was fantastic and came out right on time.
We were pleasantly surprised with Blue Bamboo! I got the Red Curry Shrimp and Grits which were fantastic. The chef actually stopped by our table to see how we were enjoying things and I admitted to wanting to drink the red curry sauce so he gave me a brief rundown on how to make it! Truly not something I’d have ever expected but I think I’ll leave the cooking to him and just come back for more! Never had. Bad experience in this restaurant. Food is always in point. Servers are friendly and very accommodating. Drinks are very innovative. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
