We like to support our local businesses, but we've given this place 4 chances now. ( just hoping) but the pizza crust is always so soggy! You have to use a fork! Done!

We placed our order online and the wrong pizza was delivered. I called the restaurant and spoke with the kitchen manager Nunzio. He said he would gladly make us a new pizza if I could come and pick it up and offered a free dessert for the inconvenience, which I thought was a great way to handle this. I arrived at the restaurant and Nunzio came out and apologized and said he would do what ever he needed to do make it right. I really appreciate everything. The pizza was great and the Zeppoli were awesome just like he said. This was our 1st time ordering and we definitely will be back . Great customer service and great food. Thank you. All of the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

The inaction from the owner gets only one star. This restaurant overcharged my debit card (in excess of $140 over the authorized $36). After notifying management the following day, l was called back with the explanation and agreement there was an error. That was Sunday. On the following Thursday, I spoke the manager where my refund was. He said the owner was aware and met with the bar manager and the owner who said he would take care of it. Instead, he went out of town. It's Monday now, 9 days later, after multiple calls and texts to the manager, a call to the restaurant and spoke with the bar manager, who are all in agreement of the error; and still, my card had not been refunded. So, I had drive to my CU to dispute the charge to my debit card, which cancelled the card (which presents its own challenges). Later this afternoon, the owner called me for the first time (in 9 days). He believes he did not deserve to be a whipping post when I rattled off the facts. Regardless of it being the server's error, it then became the owner's problem and has not yet resolved. There is no response to this review to deny these facts. So, folks, watch your charges.

Horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready at 5:30 and instead of talking to me about it they just pretended not to see me.

Thy is the bomb dot com. The thrilla in Manila. No other way to say it. I am completely in awe every time she is working. It’s like god opened up the gates to heaven and said, “Hey, welcome! I am here to make sure you’re having a good time and I chose the best bartender….Thy!!!”
Outstanding Owners, Promoters and the Bartenders and staff are the best.. the food obviously speaks for itself. ( DID I MENTION OUTSTANDING? )Truly a wonderful environment for Food, music and fun

Been eating here since they opened and always enjoyed. We ordered take out and when picking up AFTER PAYING were told they gave garlic knots away (who does that?)and then waited for them to make more only to be told 5 min later none were left. Entrees not the same ..salad was missing

It was good but not worth the drive from St Augustine. It's not bad just average. I'm also not used to having my calzone cut in half.
