“We're in Jacksonville, Florida for vacation, and after a fun time racing go-karts, our family of five was craving burgers. A quick search led us to Carolina Jax, which seemed like the best spot. We went on a busy Friday evening during dinner rush, so the wait for our five burgers and sides was about an hour.The smash burgers were amazing—definitely in my top three. My fiancé got the Hurricane burger wrapped in lettuce and loved it. I had the OBX burger on a bun, and it was excellent. Our three kids each had different versions of the classic burger and enjoyed theirs too.The milkshakes were even better than the burgers. Overall, the food was worth the wait. We would visit again and highly recommend it.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kid-friendliness: Our 3 children ages 8, 10 and 12 loved the whole experience. Their favorite was definitely the milkshakes.“

“Snake bite burger was awesome in both presentation and taste. I put a bit of s&p on the veggies before digging in and was pleasantly surprised with hiw perfectly balanced it was. The fries were deliciously crispy and seasoned well. I wish I lived closer. It woukd be my go to place to eat. Also all the songs were bangers so a cherry on top.“

“We had lunch today at the Town Center Ted’s in Jacksonville and our service was amazing! Our waitress, Sophie, was super sweet and attentive. The complimentary homemade pickles were briny and garlicky, yum. Our food was delicious and generous portions. We ordered fish sandwiches and cheeseburgers. We really enjoyed our afternoon topped off with super tasty cookies and coffee for dessert. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! We will be back for sure!“

“Palm’s Fish Camp exceeded everyone in the group’s expectations. They welcome us, all 54 of us, with live music and good food. They accommodated for all of our needs including one of us with a horrible sea food allergy. Everything went so smoothly. We all had an amazing time. I cannot stop raving about this restaurant and the staff. On top of all of this, the food was so delicious.“

“I'm not a huge Burger King fan but was running short on time and this location is right down the street from where I work...so I stopped in. I have had many experiences with rude fast food workers, as we all have. Today was not the case Today I encountered the most pleasant and courteous fast food worker that I ever have..period. I'm talking better than Chic-fil-a, y'all. She was working the register, her name is Minnie. When I walked up she said "Hello, ma'am, welcome to Burger King" and proceeded to take my order. Then she welcomed me AGAIN, bc she wasn't sure if she had already or not. As I waited for my food, she kept assuring me that it was almost done. When it was finally done, she told me she wasn't sure that their temperature was sufficient. She told me she just dropped some new nuggets and that if I had some time to wait, She's be happy to give me some new ones. They were fine by the way. She was so polite, upbeat and happy. I was having a horrible day and She brought a smile to my face. As I left she thanked me for my visit and my patience and told me to be safe bc it was raining. Y'all have a gem on your staff, I hope you realize that. I will revisit this establishment for Minnie alone.“
