My taste buds threw a party. I enjoyed the art and colors I saw as I sat after placing my order. Throughout the establishment the vibrance provided me a calm and homey feel. “I just wanted to give these guys a great review i went up to the food truck yesterday and ordered oxtails a little after they opened they told me the oxtails wasn’t gonna be ready for 20 minutes so i went ahead and put my order in came back to see if my order was ready it was not and it would be another 20 minutes if you guys know oxtails take a long time to cook and the guys wasn’t going to give me un done meat so the guys went above and beyond to accommodate me the best way possible i went ahead and got the jerk ribs boy they were delicious and sure enough i looked in my plate and what’s in there them oxtails these guys don’t miss a beat everything was fresh oh i forgot the mention the rasta pasta oh boy that’s all i’m going to say i highly recommend these guys can throw down!!!!!!“

The music might be too loud for some, though.The staff was great, as well as the food, despite how busy it was that day.We went there as a family group, small kids included. They were very accommodating and put in the perfect spot.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available, the staff was very accommodating. The kids' menu was just what we needed.“

I happen to look for Jamaican restaurants as that is my husband's go to home food and happen to find Choppin Coppin which had great reviews, So we gave it a try.. but I must tell you if you don't pay attention to the GPS you will pass it by just like I did because it is the last store front in a very small Plaza and parking is very limited. CHOPPIN Coppin is 1000% authentic Jamaican cuisine that is without a doubt undeniably delicious. I ordered the medium oxtail with cabbage and rice and my husband ordered the large ribs, oxtail and chicken with rice and ginger based salad. It was absolutely delicious and very flavorful to the point my husband ordered a third plate to take home for later. If you're looking for authentic Caribbean food without a doubt this is a must try to enjoy while in Jacksonville....“

“Ordered through uber eats. Good came in good time. The curry goat I got had good flavor, good gravy and the cabbage as they say was very good. I only wished I'd chosen the white rice instead of the yellow rice with it. Rice itself was cooked ok with okay texture. Salt level overall for the goat was a bit high didn't,even eat all the little potatoes cause they were just too salted ( all the way to the center), yes I know the dish tends to be one that gets salted, though at what point is the question . Recommend in general since I've definitely been more disappointed by a restaurants curry goat before, but over all the flavor of this one was on the acceptable side and closer to home.“

Facebook shows a different address than Google so we ended up at the St John's location, which could have cause many people to just go somewhere else. We came for Pink Salt so Pink Salt we found off University. Food was good but all of it was very, very spicy!“
