“We all enjoyed our meals- 7 people. My greatest enjoyment was our server,Lefteri. She took all of our meal orders as well as drink orders without the use of a notebook! We were thoroughly impressed. Nothing was missing or incorrect. Actually every staff we encountered, including the manager was pleasant. (4/21/24 around 4pm)“
“Very poor service, the servers kept forgetting our order the French fries was smoshy not cooked all the way the coffee was cold she brought only 4 cream for 6 people. Not recommend that place.Vegetarian options: Eggs hash brown toast pancakes Weat toast coffee“
“The 103rd St.Manager- " Gerald is warm & welcoming as always - he is a true joy, but today we had a new Server named "Neka" ...she welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel like she was "glad" that we came in to patronize their restaurant. She was very attentive and caring -Neka is a breathe of fresh air! Hopefully Ihop will see the value of their employees and reward those that are so dedicated! “This review is specific to the IHOP at 9010 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL. My wife and I eat at this IHOP regularly. The food has always been excellent. All of our servers have been friendly, attentive, and accommodating. This, to me, is a direct result of good hiring techniques, training, and ongoing process improvement. All of which are a result of good management. So, thank you to whoever is managing this IHOP.My only gripe is about the restaurant's condition. This IHOP is in desperate need of an update. The booths are well past their worn-out date, and the tables are no better. The floors are sticky, and the decor is old. This affects the atmosphere, not the food.I'd like to express my deep gratitude to Jaydin. He was our server on 17 April, 2024. Not only was he very friendly and great at his job, he is genuinely a good person. When we paid, I accidentally left my credit card on the counter. Jaydin noticed this right before we were about to leave in our car and promptly ran the card out to me. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. We are more than satisfied and will definitely continue coming here for our monthly treat.“
