“So let me tell you. I love their sushi. Good food. Great price. Always good service. Now a beef. I used to eat there twice a month. They give you fried Oreo for desert. Complements of the house. But when I order pick up guess what. They wanted to charge $6 for something they give me free. Used to be a regular and hate to even say something negative but that’s just not right.“

“They welcomed us in as we walked into the restaurant, which was really nice. We were seated right away and their service was fast and friendly. Our food was delicious. I had the Spicy Volcano Roll which isn’t really spicy but has great flavor. We will definitely be visiting again soon.“

“Beautiful. They actually look at the notes when you add them to your pick up order, I had asked for eel sauce and spicy mayo. They also added white sauce (and labeled them so I knew what was what) which I never tried before and it was good! I'll be leaving a tip next time I get food to-go from there because of this experience. Wish you could add a tip after you order (since you don't know if it's right or good until after you pick up the food), but it wouldn't let me. They should implement that for their to-go orders so people are more likely to tip. Amazing presentation also, you can tell these chefs know what they are doing! They did forget my crunchy for my clear soup though, but that's okay it was still good.“

“My husband and I recently purchased a business next to Fujiyama. We tried them out for the 1st time a couple weeks ago and WOWWW, the food is delicious! We've already ordered 4 times since. We get the steak, chicken & shrimp hibachi and the California rolls. The hibachi is full of flavor and the meat is perfectly tender with plenty of delicious veggies. The California roll is also amazing, fresh & delicious! If you haven't tried them out, give them a try... you won't regret it!“

“I am usually very picky about my sushi and I’m so glad to say that Sumo did not disappoint. I had a to-go order and I walked in to it being freshly made. The rolls are an amazing size which makes me feel like I’m truly getting my money’s worth! I’ll add that their shrimp sauce is amazing and actually adds flavor versus some other kinds that taste like mayonnaise and water sushi down. 10/10 best sushi in riverside.“

“What yummy sushi! I went with three regular rolls and one special one. The special roll was the dynamite. I must say I was not a fan of this one, however it is just personally preference. The spicy krab roll & crunch roll were both delicious and fresh. I ordered carryout and had to wait a few minutes past my estimated time because they were poppin' in carryout, which is never a bad sign. I am not 100% sure what the krab items are in the top right of my photo, I believe those were thrown in there for free for the wait. I would like to come back and dine in here. The inside was real small and intimate. Very decent prices as well!“

“Everything is so delicious, I have been coming here for a few years now and I have so many favorites and it's always easy to know everything will be just as I like it. The portions are always giving and make great leftovers and prices are very reasonable and affordable to skip out on cooking and enjoy a meal out. “As an avid spicy mayo lover, I promise you they got the best recipe. Poke bowls are very generous in size, as well as all their menu items really.Brown Sugar boba tea is actually really good there. I'm too used to random places having pretty bad ones, but we've stopped going to specialty boba stores, as we can get our weekly boba dose here.The got 2 locations. One is in Riverside and this one is in Mandarin. I've been eating here for past 4 years. Places like Bento don't even come close imho.“

It was ready in ~15 minutes. I was satisfied with the rolls, the fish all tasted fresh and the rice was not hard. I really enjoyed the beauty and beast roll dipped in spicy mayo of course. “I have been buying food here since they opened. It has to be better than 10 years ago I always leave a 20 or 30% tip on the to go order only one time. Did they mess up an order for $9? And I asked them to make it right. I went back in there the next time. And the lady at the register does not need to be doing that job. She is absolutely an a** She loves arguing with customers. “This place is intimate, beautiful, and open. We went for a birthday (along with almost every other table) and had a phenomenal experience. The food was worth every penny (expensive side) and the show was even better. The cook saw there was a younger person who was a little scared so he talked with him and did little tricks with him.It did take about 1,5 hours to even start cooking in front of us which is my only down fall to the experience.Overall will be returning !“

“I got the salmon and shrimp, my friend got the steak and shrimp.. The salmon was 10 out of 10, very delicious. the shrimp was 9.5/10, very good, could use a little more seasoning. Fruit drink is 10/10, delicious. the steak was tender but plain 5/10, needs seasoning. the vegetables and rice was very plain 4/10, they both need some seasoning and butter. The price on social media for the salmon and shrimp is $17 but it's actually $25 in person :( Pricey for only 6 shrimp and a medium size filet. Good, but not worth the 2 hours standing in line“

“The fried rice I've been longing for. I've tried several establishments in Arlington, only to find yellow rice where fried rice should be. Well the search is over. The rice here is excellent. Well seasoned including the protein. Jumbo shrimp not those baby shrimp you find everywhere else. I also ordered shumai. They were delicious as well. Service is fast. There's a sofa in the waiting area. They're strictly takeout. No tables for dining in. I actually placed a second order otw home from picking my daughter up from school because I didn't want to share. She had her own.“

I highly recommend trying this establishment- you will not be disappointed! Bare in mind you get what you pay for, these are not $5 rolls.Expect to pay between $30-60 for two people (depending on your tastes). I eat 3 rolls myself.
