“Met there for a meeting, as many do, and their hospitality is great. I didn't partake of any of the food offerings but did enjoy one of their creative drink offerings. A bit noisy for a meeting, however, with people moving wooden chairs around to suit their particular needs.“

“Service is always fantastic and it is the most inviting Starbucks I've been to. They destroyed the one at San Jose and old Saint Augustine Road With the remodel. all the staff is friendly, and Service is prompt. Everyone works together, which is nice to see. It has the best combination of interior and exterior seating.“

“I like this Starbucks. Employees are nice. Surprisingly, it is a large place with plenty of seating given it is Five Points where space is limited. I usually order my drink ahead of time on my mobile app. When I arrive, my drink is always ready and they have a great system of having to go drinks arranged alphabetically by first name. Making it easy to pick up your drink when you're in a rush.“

“Nice tô have a starbucks inside target. The only "complaint" is regarding waiting time. “Came through this Starbucks after picking up our cat from the vet, I think it was Nate who took our order. Everyone was very kind and our drinks were delicious and made perfect! I think there was a typo on my name for the order as it said “Jonk” instead of Josh. We were laughing about it the whole rest of the day and apparently it’s my new nickname LOL. “I would literally live in this place if I could. I moved from Mandarin to the west side of Jacksonville but continue to exclusively shop at this Target. I happily make the 30+ minute drive across the bridge to do any of my shopping. Any trip to Target wouldn't be complete without stopping by Starbucks. I've seen an incredible turnaround in the best way since Chandler took over as manager. The cafe area is spotless and they've never gotten a drink wrong. All of the employees seem so happy and the service is incredible. I actually go out of my way when I'm in the area to go to that Starbucks instead of the stand alone across the street. T, Dom, Kevin, Chandler, Heather and everyone else are all amazing assets to this store. The excellent leadership really shows what a difference treating your employees with respect does. Myself and my two little girls are on a first name basis with most of the baristas. It's really rare to find people that take the time to get to know their customers. They have gone above and beyond for me more times than I can even count on all of my fingers and toes combined. It's really spectacular to see employees that actually enjoy their job and the people that they work with/for. I pass at least 4 Targets and probably 10 Starbucks stores to get to the Southside location, and it's worth it every time. 10/10, best Starbucks in the history of Starbucks.“

“For an online order and no visible line, the wait was a bit long. I got a frappe and it was one of those mediocre Starbucks visits that lead you to forget your drink in the fridge for an anticlimactic surprise two days later, not the kind of visit that makes your day.“

“My wife and I have been going to this Starbucks for over 10 years and the service is always so fast and friendly. I have enclosed a couple pics of our go to drink.. “This has been one of my favorite starbucks over the years, #1 the drive through line is always quick, there's a young gentleman named Cameron usually doing the drive-thru & he is just great & deserves a raise & they always make the drinks perfectly! Only complaint would be they leave a little over an inch of room on my latte many times, but that is all. Sadly I moved so will miss the service here.“

“This is a great little barista inside of Target with friendly staff that seems to be always happy to be there and likes to engage their customers. The large selection of different lattes and frozen drinks makes this place way better than the other guys in my opinion.“

“This specific Starbucks has my heart, during the seasons they have a board with delicious custom alternatives to the normal lattes and frappes. My favorite so far being the Pumpkin King during Halloween '23 and the Strawberry Crumble I had January '24 for Valentine's day. Me and my mother pick up medication at the target, so we frequently stop here. The staff are always nice and are almost always familiar. If you're ever at this target, stop by and get a frappe and a grilled cheese!“

“Cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have lived in most military bases in California but this branch is a top-notch. Staff is always friendly when I come and my orders always go out on time. Although on my first visit, they accidentally gave me the wrong drink on drive-thru but the manager, Nikki, was super nice and professional when I called the store. She immediately made sure that I get the remake of my drink right away. This branch definitely set up the standards for me and this is why I won't be coming to any other Starbucks. I'll give 100 stars if I could!“

“The guy working here tonight at this target starbucks was very nice and made my no foam caramel macchiato to perfection. Perfect amount of extra caramel drizzle too. Thank you!!If you only knew how often my simple drink is not made correctly (speaking of several locations, I travel for work). Especially in the foam department there are just too many lazy people that won't even pick up a spoon to hold back the foam, nor scoop off the 3 inches they dumped in the cup.I truly hope you get recognition, you definitely made my night I truly don't get a perfect drink too often. “The barista working Valentine’s Day night 2023 at Target Starbucks on Roosevelt was so great. He welcomed us so warmly and made our drinks quickly. The drinks were perfect, very tasty. He had such a nice and bubbly personality, it really made our day. Hope he had a great rest of his shift! We will definitely look forward to grabbing a latte next time we shop here“

“Pretty good. Except of course for the very awkward parking and drive thru. And the tipping option sucks. Why can't I tip after I order like I used to? It doesn't make sense to try to make someone tip before they even receive their food. Back in 2016 or so, Starbucks app used to send a message about tipping after I received my food and I would tip accordingly. I wish they'd bring that feature back. It's just really weird for Starbucks to have me tip before I pay and before I get my drink. I feel like I'm rewarding them for taking my orders in the drive thru before I receive my order, and before I know how long of a wait it's going to be. Or if my food is hot and fresh or anything.And anyway, I really don't like to have to do the tip in front of the employee, it makes me feel forced and uncomfortable. And I'm a pretty good tipper. But I like to do it secretly.“

“If anyone needs to get changed, be sure to give them very specific layman terms instructions on getting change. They had to refund me and towards my card three different times in order to Give me change for a 20. I give them $20 bill. They give me two 10 dollar bills simple. But it actually took them six transactions and three staff members to assist this simplistic task. Order was correct. Cake pops for chocolatey but instructions was a little fuzzy.“

“This is 100% the best Starbucks in Jacksonville. I love seeing everyone with their dogs enjoying company and coffee in the mornings. It is so warm and cozy and the staff is amazing. The ONLY downside is the parking on the weekdays/weekends.I had issues with my bank one morning and I was clearly upset but Jennie told me the coffee would be on them that day. It made me so emotional because of their kindness. Also, they are so consistent. I get six shots of blonde espresso and it is always delicious there. “Stopped in here to get coffee for my wife. There was a line and because it's a hospital location they get a weird rush. The cashier was kind and took my order no without an issue. Everything came to order correctly.I wish I got a hot sandwich cause you could smell all the cheesy goodness being cooked on their mini ovens. If you use the Starbucks app, you will fit in fine at this location because a lot of orders were mobile orders.“

“Sad they are under, upgrades at the time I believe it will be finished mid February if what I saw was correct. I don't fault them for the food I don't go there for that it's nice to get a snack though. “Overall, the two Starbucks that I visit do a really good at being friendly, clean and in getting the orders right. The Starbucks on Hodges recently started to not have the stir sticks out available for the customer to grab one. It's the only store that does that. For me, I'm in a hurry to get in and out quickly, yet I have to stand there and wait for one of if the busy employees to be available to get one for me. Weird might I say. Convenience is important to the customer.“

“Unfortunately, they were out of my favorite; however I work in the food industry and totally understand that these kinds of things happen. Shipments get missed up, the needed supplies necessary per truck is always a gamble, and maybe more people than usual wanted the drink. “I came in this morning. The employees were swamped with orders and some guy had a massive order. Everyone working was so pleasant. This is the first time I’ve been to this location and I definitely will be back. It wasn’t pleasant to see the big manager micromanaging and almost berating his regular staff.“

They listen.Very recently I read in a major financial source to the effect that "Starbucks has lost their way."This is completely wrong. I go here frequently and it's always excellence. Coffee and everything else. I can't think of a cleaner and functional restaurant experience, including their well designed app that clearly demonstrates this. Again, five stars.Same experience as an investment. Their reporting is functional, accurate and not all high flying that seems to define the markets. It's a five star investment as well. ☕“

“It’s a coffee place at a airport and it’s short staffed so it’s obviously going to take a while to get your order that’s just common sense. Overall my coffee was good and the cashier was super friendly. I give them credit because the line was busy long with Karen’s on level 1000 and rude people that could have just gone somewhere else. Just saying if you had that many complaints holding up a line or have to cuss out the workers making the line longer for everyone else you could easily just not get anything.“
