“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! Thank you!“

“My husband and I had lunch outdoors at Capital Grille. He ordered the cheeseburger with truffle fries and I had the lobster salad. We were both very pleased with our selections. The lobster salad, while pricey, had plenty of fresh chilled lobster meat atop an arugula/field greens mound of lettuce with citrus vinaigrette. The salad also included avocado and cherry tomatoes. Very refreshing. The cheeseburger was piping hot and cooked just as my husband had requested. Larry provided exceptional service throughout. Highly recommended for a special (or business) meal where sticking to a budget is not an issue.“

“Finding out each day that the EBT was unavailable each day was a total buzz kill, but ROB was awesome! Very patient with us, as we were with him; not his fault things didn't work. We just got back (11:00 am) today from trying one last time and, while the EBT STILL wasn't available, AND all the rib eyes were sold out, Rob STILL made it an experience that we feel is absolutely worth every dollar we spent this morning. “Quite awhile since last dining here, as past experience was that the quality had slipped. This time, pleasantly surprised as our meal was delicious. Steaks cooked perfectly, sides on the mark, and everything delivered to our table at one time. Comments of caution about the food is that an ABUNDANCE of butter is used in all preparations! And, sides are (IMO) to be shared. Easily can be for 2-4 people, with everyone having a good amount. The one odd thing to us is that on arriving for an early dinner at 5:30, with the majority of tables not yet filled, we were asked to wait for at least 5 minutes. This happens every time we've gone, and has been the experience of our friends, as well. There is no obvious reason for delaying seating. It's not that fresh water is being poured, or any other pre-seating service being done. Maybe it's a strategy to cause customers to say that they will wait in the bar, to encourage that additional purchase. Ruths Chris does truly need to change this practice!“

“It was okay, I made a mistake, when my steak was brought to the table, it looked like a ribeye, but it was a bone in strip and when I question the staff about it I received some attitude. And no, I didn't run my mouth, I was polite the whole time I was there. I always let where I spend my money speak for me.“

Extremely attentive, asked all the right questions, gave us sooo many sauces (we're sauce people, so this was a big plus), paid attention to our 3 year old son by asking him questions and including him. “Me and my family went to Longhorn for dinner last week. The kids were starving and cranky by the time we got there. The restaurant was full. Our server was quick and got everything we needed, she even put our kids food in first! The manager, Jamie came out and asked how our meal was, she was so sweet and played with my kids for a minute. The food portions there are fantastic and everything was clean. I was surprised for how busy they were compared to other restaurants. I would definitely recommend!“

The atmosphere, the taste of the food, the staff… we’ve never had a bad experience here.I will say however today I was a bit disappointed with the take out service for one reason. The team member that brought our order to the car asked if we wanted extra sauces, so we politely asked for more butter for our bread only to be told that we already got 2 tubs of butter. We ordered the family meal which came with that amount of butter, but we felt a bit disrespected and under valued by the response we got. It might seem petty to some, but in our minds, it didn’t really seem that we asked for anything really that difficult. Again, it was just this one little experience but we’ll definitely be back. There’s too much good there to not return.“

“My wife and I went here for our anniversary. I’m not a steak person so we both tried the Chilean sea bass. It was the best fish I have ever had period. We also had calamari,lobster Mac and cheese and the six cheese potato’s. It was very good. We even had enough left over for lunch the next day.“

Whoever it is that they have working the curbside that brings out all of the food...she was amazing. She was nice, she was friendly, she was informative and we had questions and she was patient.
