“Food was excellent. Service was great. Only downside - beer and sangria/frozen marg only. No liquor license. Had the Chapel Cheesesteak burrito, kids chicken taco meal, shrimply the best, mc yum yum, & ace high carnitas tacos, and the big kahuna bowl. All delicious. Tacos are bigger than the average taco shop and therefore so are the prices. Moderate pricing. Not outrageous. We will be coming back.“

“Every time that I stop in Jacksonville overnight, I always go to Lola's for happy hour. Margaritas are excellent, street corn is a must on or off the cob, the dip trio- salsa, guacamole, and queso dip are all great. But this last time there Marie made our experience much better. She was courteous and very professional, yet she joked around with our table. This was the first time we had the pleasure of her waiting on us. She is a great asset to Lola's. Thank you!I am shocked that I did not take any pictures. I guess the food looked so good. We just dove right in!“

“Finding authentic latin food is super hard in the beaches area. This place has been on our radar for a while, we finally went tonight. I wanted to write this before our food even came out. Our server, Suner was super nice. Hardworking and just pleasant. The food was absolutely amazing. Havent found better tacos or queso. I got the molcajete and it was phenomenal. Horchata FRESH. WAAYYYYY better than an “upscale” place like The Flying Iguana. Definitely coming back.“

“The people were wonderful! They worked with us (2 adults and 3 kiddos). Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and well cooked as we asked. Only thing was there was no trashcan outside. We needed to throw out a few things and didn't see any outside the restaurant.“

“I love this restaurant, but I never order it on DoorDash because the food is always either wrong or it’s cold. Today I was just really craving the restaurants food and placed a priority DoorDash order for two tacos, queso and a large Coke. I actually hate Coke and I would never drink Coke ever in my life. I started panicking because DoorDash won’t let you change your order once you submitted it, and the only option is to lose the money that you paid for an item that you do not want. I ended up calling the resturant (I would never do this and have never Jacksonville food workers are not nice in my experience) HOWEVER whoever she was was so so so sweet and so kind. she was so quick to fix my order and make my food for me correctly. Also the tacos wrapped in aluminum foil to keep them hot. That’s never happened before in my takeout experience with Tiana flats at any location before. And the wonderful woman/girl even wrote a nice little note/:-) on my sprite , I think that that this the best way to show you truly care as a company. Or else I wouldn’t take time out of my day to type a thank you message. Thank you to whoever answered the phone for me today :) <3“

“I always stop in Tijuana flats when I'm in town. I always order the nachos they're great. What I don't like is when I'm paying my bill that they turned the screen around and say oh you can leave a tip if you want, when I pay with my card. No I do not want to leave a tip you are being paid a wage to work.“

“We unfortunately ate here tonight. Me and my family who included two teenagers and two toddlers. When we walked in we were greeted with attitude. We were seated in the corner. As we walked to our table a waitress who wasn’t even our waitress by the way scoffed and rolled her eyes. When we arrived at our table , the table was gross. Our waitress showed up and we were told she was new! My sister had to continually chase someone down for our silverware and napkins etc. Then our food came out unusually fast and sure enough the food was horrible. No one helped our waitress knowing she was new. All we wanted to do was enjoy a family dinner. Our night was ruined by horrible service and disgusting attitudes. We will never eat here again. Get it together Chillies! If u don’t like your job find somewhere else to work! Take pride in your job and restaurant.“

“Really great casual lunch spot. They have a variety of options on the menu that are vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan friendly, and they allow you to customize your order. The food came out hot and fresh, and was very filling. I customized the Blackened shrimp burrito and I could taste the quality ingredients they used and how exceptionally flavorful it was. The interior is very clean as were the bathrooms. It gets very busy- they open at 11 and the noon lunch crowd gathered quickly. There is 2 hour street parking directly across the restaurant.“
