“The tropical smoothie on Roosevelt has been wonderful for a long time. Nothing topped yesterday at the eclipse where my family unintentionally spent the duration of the event with the entire team. It was a joyous time with everyone as we experienced the event together. The manager has always been awesome and is attentive of his customers and employees. Such a small building that focuses mainly on drive thru and pick up, but that building has never been short staffed whenever I've been there. You take care of your employees. They take care of the customers. The business keeps coming, and the cycle continues. Thank you, team. My family and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks for the wonderful experience.“

“he Southside location is my go to and my favorite location. it is conveniently located on the way where I work and when I feel like I need a boost in the morning, this is my go to place. Employees here are always friendly and they are quick! They can get pretty busy in the morning and sometimes I will call to get my order in and have it ready by the time I get there. Ever since I have been going here I have no complaints. the place is always clean and cold in the morning and they always greet me and other customers as well. The smoothie is good too! My favorite is mocha madness and I add banana with it. They have tons of smoothies to choose from and they also have sandwich, wraps and salads! I recently tried the sausage and egg quesadilla and I was so surprised how great it was! just a tip! download their app because once in awhile they will have a great deal there. I just recently download their app, it is so user friendly and its quick!“

“Typical tropical smoothie, nothing remarkable but clean and employees were nice. Placed an order through the app so I can’t say much since I just stopped in, waited briefly cause I was early for the pickup time, then left.They have tables outside the building though so I believe you can enjoy your food outdoors if desired.“

“I've been coming to this place for a couple years (since I first moved to Oakleaf) and it's always a pleasant visit. I get the same smoothie everytime so I'm not picky on that end; that aside, I've come to know the staff here and they're awesome!With knowing them as much as I do, it floored me to find out today that they suffered a loss in the building. My deepest condolences go out to everyone struggling through their shift today, as well as the family and friends closely affected...I hope they get a day to grieve (and attend the services) and my heart is with them ??“

“My son and I stopped in for lunch last Wednesday and honestly the food is good but the two young men working behind the counter were the nicest to my 5 year old boy. They smiled and interacted with him several times as we ate our lunch at the counter. It’s rare these days to see young workers who actually talk to adults with kids. My son was entranced watching them work the blenders for smoothies. They were very kind. Will most definitely be back!“

“Hands down the best location. Anytime I’m near this area for work I make it a point to come here. The manager Tina is fantastic and always in a great mood! She not only remembers me by name, but remembers what I like to order too! The food and smoothie come out great every single time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. “***UPDATE***Molly called me the next day and I explained the situation, she did explain that there may not have been a senior manager there to override the decision, I am appreciative of her calling and making right of the situation making me me feel as if my business is appreciated and valued. I normally encounter Molly through the drive through and her energy really beams through the speaker. She’s always so upbeat and just really gives you the “Chick fil la” experience.Just left this location…I came because it was advertised if you purchase a meal you get a free smoothie. With app and coupon in hand I placed the order and was told it wasn’t working. The young lady saw what was advertised, after her trying for over 10 mins I asked for a manager to honor the deal and she told me she was the manager and they just couldn’t give away “free food”. Your app advertises a free smoothie with food purchase. As a manager I would make a business decision in satisfying the customer rather losing a customer over 7.00. Horrible customer service. After calling corporate I was told “she definitely should have just honored the coupon”. Silly“

“We pre-ordered via their site & went inside to collect our order. That was the best decision ever; although we still waited almost 20 minutes for the order to be ready. That drive thru line barely moved from the time we went in to the time we left“

“This Hendrics location is awesome! The food came out quick and fresh, and the Bahama Mama smoothie refreshing and blended perfectly! We especially loved the front porch sitting era it had a very tropical vibe an was a nice era to sit an eat your food.Vegetarian options: Noticed a few different vegetarian options.Parking: Parking was a little tricky, it only has a small little lot in the back of the building.“

“I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app, and the door dash person who picked my order up didn’t get my food. I called the store and was very upset as I couldn’t report or request a refund in the app. The manager called me back and had someone from the store run me a fresh sandwich. A year ago I would tell you you’re crazy if I heard of this, but whatever changes they have made is phenomenal. Customer satisfaction is their #1 and I’m here for it. I will definitely be returning to this location.“

“Best smoothie I’ve had in a while. Great customer service as well! An employee named Leann made my smoothie & was super sweet & helpful with add-in recommendations. She even made sure I left with napkins when I decided to take my smoothie to go at the last minute and I’m glad she offered me some because halfway home I got rear ended on the highway & my smoothie flew and smacked against my windshield. I will definitely be returning but will most likely finish my smoothie there next time & maybe even try one of the wraps she recommended.“

“Smoothies and food are mostly delicious and consistent flavor regardless of location. Pricing is a little up there for the quantity of food. Efficiency of food readiness is always quick. I don't eat in the store but it is usually pretty open with decent amount of seating and clean bathroom“

“The staff is super nice always greets me when I come in and have wonderful smiles, the food and smoothies are so amazing and they always help fix any problem I have with a smile!! I rarely find a food Indy hat offers such amazing customer service, kudos to them! I definitely recommend this restaurant!Vegetarian options: They have plant based meats to substitute for any food item and their smoothies are almost all vegetarian!“
