“This was the busiest Waffle House I have ever patronized. The parking lot was full. But in Florida (hillbilly fashion), we parked the truck in the lawn out back. ? Mrs. Joyce will hook you up with a big smile, a warm welcome, and sound advice on menu options. All the staff there are on point. They work together like a well-oiled machine. The jukebox is always playing some spirited tunes. Great way to start a morning! Oh, the food is always hot, tasty, and flying out of the kitchen.“
“May not be the prettiest place, but it's a great place. WH food consistently has great food and coffee. They are fast. The place is clean. Employees like to talk if you like that. This location is hard to figure out how to get into the parking lot. You have to go around the back of the property.“
“Love coming here to eat and relax after a long day and I love coming here with my girlfriend when we wake up late night and want to get something good but simple and easy great place great people no matter what time or what day it is love you can go there and sit and chill no matter what time day or night or morning it is“
“I would’ve gave a 5 star however the servers really need to step their game up. All too often when I eat here which is often, the door host or Regina (manger) has to jump in an okay server role. On a great note, Regina & Von know how to handle the crowd and whatever situation a rises! They are there every time I go and are always on their A game! Last wkend when I visited I was sitted waited 15 mins as I saw my server walk back and forth but didn’t tend to her section. 3-4 tables in my corner sitted families, I being a single person at my table didn’t even get our drink order yet. I finally spoke up and asked the door host if I could get a coffee, & made her aware of the others hoping someone would eventually help them too. Regina over heard the situation at hand and y’all when I tell you she jumped in and got everyone(4-5 tables, family’s of 3-4) their drink & food all within 10 mins !!!! I kid you not! EXCELLENT JOB REGINA! U go girl! There were 3 other servers around but they seemed to remain confused and distracted. I do enjoy this location as the food is always on point & the service is very entertaining.“
“Great staff.....at least the 11:00 am shift is....... I prefer my Waffle to be light and they did it perfectly and my Texas toast bacon egg and cheese was great.Parking: I can see how this parking lot may get a little packed but the times that I go I have no problem.Kid-friendliness: They have anything for any age kid if they can't find something they like there then something's wrong with that kidWheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking and low counters for wheelchairs as well as space at the end of tables“
“In the midst of hurricane IAN, we got hungry. It was open and packed. We were seated quickly. The menu was very limited but what we wanted was available. Cooked and served perfectly hot and fast! There was so much food I had to bring some home. The staff was happy, jovial in fact. Hurricanes tend to do that to folks round here, (in a Bob Marley kinda way). Nervous energy I guess or maybe just glad the storm impacts have been minimal. A happy brunch made for a welcome distraction. "Don't worry about a thing, cause every little thing is gonna be alright" and the waffles-amazing as always. “Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly but the food was ok very greasy even for a waffle house. The new 20 percent for take out is crazy. 10 percent goes to Restaurant an 10 to server and then they ask for a tip. So now if u add any kind of tip your being up charged over 20 percent. Definitely will be awhile before I eat at any of their locations. 38 dollars for 2 meals with drinks is crazy.“
“New guy Will did awesome, despite the cook yelling at him over grits. It was a little disappointing to see the other 2 servers with their hands in a candy bag while he was being extremely attentive and trying so hard yet he was the one in training.“
“There was only 1 server and her name was Jen she done an amazing job to be working by herself.she ask was our food cooked as we like and made sure to keep our drinks full .she has a good attitude she needs a raise she has 3 other tables and she worked them all with a positive attitude .“

“I drove down to Florida for Thanksgiving and my Brother-in-law took me to this busy yet homey place where they ACTUALLY know their customers order soon as they step to the register. There was a wait of 15min for the food, but they cooked it fresh and it IS worthy three wait. My new goto when down in the JAX.“
“A rapid fire review. I'm just going to write my immediate impressions.Quick breakfast this morning. Fabia was my server, and is awesome, as is all the staff, I've been to many Waffle Houses throughout the land and this one is no exception. Quality food. Quality, attentive service, no nonsense and a most functional place to have, for me, breakfast. I've never dined lunch there.Food and service is five stars. Can't go wrong there. Some very minor, and I really mean minor but I'm bringing them up anyways.Coffee could be better, it should be better to match the quality of the food. Waffle House coffee isn't too far beyond instant. It's passable but it needs to be better.Parking lot is tight, especially with compact area in between buildings. Coming and going. Good amount of backing. It's basically the only option.Lastly, is something I hadn't ever noticed before. Like all Waffle Houses this location was increasingly busy I'd have to say it was about a 50/50% mix of dine in and takeout. When I went to check out, which is also an efficient process I noticed, (if I'm correct), there is a 20% surcharge on takeout orders. It's there and I think it's fair. The staff are all hard working and they need to be remunerated for all that they are doing. ?“
