I went to Marsh Landing restaurant for Thanksgiving with my husband and his family with a total of 12 people. Our server was rude and it was a very disappointing experience overall. Our waitress should not have had any other tables while trying to take care of our large-party table because we definitely felt forgotten in the separate back room. We sat down at 5pm and by 5:40pm, our waitress had still not taken our food order. Two of the appetizers we ordered were out of stock, which was disappointing. The salads were literally 2 pieces of lettuce, absolutely embarrassing to call that a “salad”. The plates were pretty much thrown on the table in front of us. Our waitress did not come back to check on us after the appetizers were brought out and by then, everyone’s drinks were empty. By the time our waitress did come back, we had to stop her to ask for a full round of drink refills. I was charged $1.95 for a tiny side of gravy, on Thanksgiving! Once we finally got our meals and finished, our waitress did not even offer any coffee or dessert. She just threw down the check and at that point, we were more than happy to get out of there. We will absolutely not be coming back to this restaurant after such a rude and disappointing experience.
