Walked up to the door there was a little paper note that said drive-through only. Get back in my car get in line behind probably 10 cars set their waiting and waiting for about 40 minutes. Finally get to order my food I order a 12 piece spicy chicken meal I asked her to give me 4 breasts 4 thighs and 4 legs She said no we don't do that anymore especially when only 2 people show up for work. If the customer wants a special order why would you not Give the customers what they want. Then I said my 2 large sides would be mashed potatoes and I would like the gravy on the side not on the potatoes Well here we go with another attitude. Let me just say they did not get my $32 this time. I could have gone to a chicken place closer to my house but I took the extra drive for nothing. Running a good business starts with the management so apparently they need to clean out all their staff and start over.
