The pepperoni was the next I’ve had and the gluten free pasta with spicy vodka sauce was my favorite for Italian anywhere. “Delicious Maine lobster pasta in sauce. I loved it. Unfortunately, the Dover Sole was ok, not the freshness of fish I expect at this fine restaurant. Chef Angelo would not tolerate it on his plate. At $78 for the dish, any restaurant can put a delicious sauce. Angelo's recipes are the best. Angelo's should maintain better quality control of their fish in hot Ft Lauderdale. The sauce was very good, of course. I will go again. Not order fish. It's a problem in most restaurants. Didn't expect at this Ft Lauderdale gem.“

“Went today to try this pizza. Ordered the Star Pizza recommended by waitress. Clever star shaped pie with delicious dough and tomato sauce. Could not find the spicy salami or the mozzarella. The ricotta cheese was bland and caused the dough to be soggy. Will not order this again, but do plan to return to try regular pies. Please, please ask wait staff to not clear table while guest is still eating. Place was not busy, no line waiting thus no need to rush .“

“Born and raised Philly here. The owner, staff, and manager are great people. The hoagie is authentic, but I have to take a star off for the following reasons. Mostly, they need to up their game with the rolls. Amoroso's ships rolls all over the country. Many would say the roll is the defining factor in a Philly hoagie.They do not use pepper ham, most Philly shops do. The cheese should always go on the roll hinge and they should offer to strip the roll too. The hoagies are simply too big, I could barely eat half a small hoagie.I would go back if I had someone to share with.“

I noticed that the food was doubled wrapped for freshness, and when I got home I couldn't not believe the size of the portions. Not only that but it was delicous. “Had the pleasure of dining in at Anthony's Clam House. We come all the way from New Jersey just for the clams! Everything was excellent especially the linguine vongole and the Tuscan shrimp. The atmosphere is very nice. The service was awesome, we were blessed to have Angela as our waitress, she was a sweetheart. She checked in with us throughout the meal to make sure everything was good. 10/10 overall and I look forward to coming back!“

“Clearly the best Italian Restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale, Cafe Vico compares with the best in Miami, Manhattan, Montreal or for that matter Milan. This is a really good twist on gourmet pizza. The dough was really good, the sauce had really good flavor. I was a little scared off by the prices but after the food I have to say you do get your money's worth. I recommend trying this place for something different when it comes to pizza. I spent $75.00 before tip and fed 6 people, so don't let the price scare you off.“

“I can"t say enough how authentic the food is. It is ITALIAN! I have been eating at Mario's and his wife's restaurants since 1990. Big Apple in Pompano......Sunset Grill in Pompano.....and now Sea Mario.The sauces and unique dishes are taste bud busting. All food is scratch and fresh herbs and spice. The vodka sauce (Big Apple Sauce) is STILL the only taste you will find. The fish is fresh and the soup is unique...soup of the day was Lima Bean. They also have a sausage parm. appetizer that is the ONLY restaurant with the presentation and taste. The atmosphere is like sitting in a cafe in Italy...If you want to escape and get away from a tough day.......or if you want to celebrate an event for 2 hours....this is the place!!!Dietary restrictions: Vegan“

“I went for the first time last night with two close friends. We eat out all the time. They had been before. Best meal I have had out in ages. All three of our dishes were fantastic. I had the paperdelle pasta made in-house fresh with porcini mushrooms and cream sauce, we had a chicken mayonnaise and then a special with Bronzino topped with shrimp and followed by a piece of tiramisu that we shared. Everything was sincerely excellent. And the service was outstanding and the prices fairly reasonable for the portions received. I can’t wait to go back and I’m excited to eat my leftovers for lunch, the restaurant is very small only 13 tables so make a reservation“

“This restaurant is absolutely a 10/10 in all aspects. My boyfriend's family is Italian so we came for dinner on Mothers Day. The food was quick to come out and piping hot. Also the portion size was huge I had plenty to take home. I ordered the stuffed rigatoni and added pepper flakes, it was probably the best sauce I've ever tasted. The service was outstanding. It's family owned and operated and you could tell that they really cared about the guest experience. I would describe the ambiance as casual and relaxed. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. “We arrived on time and the valet parking was excellent. Hosts seated us wherever we wanted to sit and we selected the window. Very nice ambiance. Noise is controlled. Service was good. I asked the waiter to spread the servings out but he did not. Bread could be better since Rino is from Brooklyn but ok. Appetizer we selected the specials zucchini flowers, which was ok first time having it so I didn't know what to expect. We also had the stuffed mushrooms, which were excellent, and the Caesar salad, which was also excellent. My wife had the pasta gnocchi, special with pesto, which was also excellent. I had the fettuccine with seafood, which was also excellent. overall the food was very good. Ambience is very nice and the restaurant is very clean. They also had live music which was very nice and enjoyable.“
