Our family drove an hour and a half to come to one of our favorite spots. We came in on Saturday night, May 25th at 6:45 exactly. The door says they close at 8:30. We knew this because we make this trek often.We were told they were closing the lobby and if we wanted to order it would have to be to go because it was too late.Poor customer service and overall lack of empathy and professionalism. This is unacceptable and very disappointing.???

Don’t let the gas station appearance fool you. This is almost better than any standalone Fazoli’s I’ve been too. Great service and the manager is amazing allowing some substitutions. Overall great food and service.
The whole team deserves a raise. The cooks made the food fresh and will was bagging orders and taking orders basically running the whole joint. Love it here! Will be back

For quicker pasta the food was lacking flavor in my opinion. Taste just wasn’t there for me. Other than that.. the presentation, efficiency, and the service from my girl Kia was great! Seems to be very clean and organized.
My Family and my Godson all ate there together and it was worth it and then some. The service was excellent. Two guys named “Will” and “Rod” took excellent care of me, my Wife, my 4 children and my Godson. Our orders were accurate and tasted excellent. They answered any and all questions we had and the environment was comforting and pleasant. I ate so good that I couldn’t even finish my food, but they were very nice vp and professional and provided us with to-go packages. The service was great and the food EXCELLENT.

Zak was our cashier and server and he was very helpful and understanding and helped me choose my food order which was so good! 10/10
We got there a hour before closing, the chairs were up in all the tables and the staff gave us the impression that they were about to turn us away..... we had to wait while one of the staff went in back to see if we could still order. When they came back we were told we could only order if it was to go. I was bothered by that a little but the food was hot and fresh. I will just consider somewhere else next time.
