The owner sunny was beyond amazing. He really made this experience wonderful. And the food oh my goodness was so delicious and fresh. My husband is very picky and loved everything. Authentic, homemade (you can watch!) Italian. Brick-fired pizza ovens paired with house-made dough can't be beat! The lobster ravioli is some of the best I've had. If you leave without getting the mama's-recipe Tiramisu, you're only hurting yourself. And get the house-made spiced olive oils for the breads and pizza crust! Don't judge this book by the outside cover. If I lived close by, I'd be there every week.*UPDATE*: Back in the area, not quite a year later, and had to stop by. Still fantastic and had the opportunity to try some other dishes--pesto gnocchi and mushroom ravioli--in addition to the lasagna and lobster ravioli that we had to have again. I love this place. Sauces are rich and dreamy. I don't even like mushrooms, but the mushroom ravioli was great! And the tiramisu is still fabulous.

I am a chef and restaurant owner and had 300 on the books for Mother's Day today at my own establishment. I came home exhausted and unwilling to look at another filet mignon today and/or cook dinner at home. My son offered to take me out for dinner. I was craving a calzone, did a quick Google search and learned that La Casa Bianca had authentic wood fired calzones. We drove out to Florosa for dinner.When we arrived we were told it would be a wait to order and get our food. We were not in a hurry so we grabbed a table. Sunny took our drink order right away and then took our food order. We started with the caprese salad and meatballs with four cheese sauce. Both were very good, the Napoletano Calzone was EXACTLY what I had been craving! The gnocchi bolognese was delicious as well. We brought home a carbonara for my husband who was not able to join us, and that was every bit as incredible as the rest of the meal!Thank you Sunny for a wonderful Mother's Day meal, we will be back soon!

Served two pastas with 0 sauce or flavor. Clearly not content with costumers arriving anytime near the closing time. We were there 30-40 minutes before closing and it was apparent they weren’t happy. Chef was clearly in a hurry, left before the closing time.

I have been looking for a great pizza closer to home. I just found it.I stopped in for lunch when visiting a store in Mary Ester. I haven't had great luck with pizza joints here in the panhandle. This is an exceptionOrdered the meat lovers pizza and when it came out it had the best, brick oven crust cooked to perfection. This pizza gave me flashbacks of some of the great St Louis pizza joints.Great little facility and right off 98. Wish it was a little closer to Gulf Breeze but worth the drive either way
