“We came in yesterday late afternoon just after opening and was surprised at how busy it already was. Mother's Day, well that's to be expected. The wait was only about 30 minutes and the bar staff was courteous and efficient. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. We are all German (born and raised) so our expectations were pretty high given the good reviews of the place.Then off to the dining room. Our seat was in a corner, good location and semi view of the water.Our waitress was nice, had a mask on so really couldn't tell any emotion but seemed very busy and "short" with us.The salads came first and were delicious. Then the meal promptly. The sausages were delicious, red cabbage was very vinegar, the sptezlel was very stale tasting.My schnitzel was good. Although the saurbraten had a good taste it was very dry.After the meal we had some delicious cappuccino and a piece of wonderful black forest cake.Finally the bill came and to my surprise they charged a custom item fee of $7.00 to my mother's plate as she wanted the spetzel instead of potato salad. We were not aware of this fee otherwise we would have gladly taken the potato salad AND ordered a side of spetzel.Overall I give a 4 star rating in all categories for the reasons listed above.I don't think I will return on a holiday but maybe a day during the week that's not so busy and see how it is.The real disappointment was the hidden charge that no one ever told us we would have. For 3 people with food, drinks and tip it was just over $200 which is close to what I expected.”

“So happy we stopped. Great food and prices in a location close to the beach. A handful of outdoor seating to eat on site. We had Cuban Sandwiches and a variety of empenadas; and everything was fantastic. We'll be stopping here again when we're nearby.Parking: Only 4 spots but most people are walking up from the beach or nearby so not bad to park and order/eat.”

“This was a great pizza place! Me and my boyfriend ordered the garlic knots, 2 slices of the day, the Chicken Parmesan, and a red velvet cake. Christy, our server, was super kind and fast with the service! They even split the Chicken Parmesan order in half for us so we didn’t have too.”

“Just left this wonderful breakfast place. I submitted an online pickup order, but changed my mind and wanted to eat inside. They accommodated me and I got my order in less than one minute. We ordered French toast and an omelette. It was fresh, warm and delicious. Sometimes simple recipes are the best and that's why this place is great. I can't wait to go back.”

“Best catfish in the area, no contest. The chicken is also great. Get a side of the fried mushrooms and horseradish sauce. You'll thank me. Yes, it's inside a gas station...in a great area, run by great people. Don't miss it.”

“The Oasis is our local version of Cheers. If you go often the staff knows you and the customers know the staff. We don't make it over to the bar often but when we do it is always a fun afternoon either watching football and just hanging out close to home. They do not have a kitchen however if you get hungry you can order something from a neighboring location, pick it up and return to your spot to enjoy it at the Oasis.”

“Ordered takeout. We ordered egg rolls, chicken lo neon and kung po chicken. They said 20 minutes and they were dead spot on. Food was good. I particularly liked the egg rolls as the were crispy on the outside and rich on the inside. Our main dishes were excellent. Value for money good! Portions sizes are good!”

“Delicious ice cream and huge servings. The beach is right across the parking lot. It was very nice watching the waves while we had our ice cream. The store was clean and they have a few tables if you want to eat there. Service was great, very friendly.”

“I just hosted a party for my husband, Bob for his 50th year Anniversary with Northrop Grumman. On November 12th, 2022. David, was our personal contact, for making this the best party ever! The food, the servers, the wine, plus, atmosphere was all very elegant! Superior food of Filet Mignon, and Sea Bass. Our guest of 30 people. Who were also, very impressed with the coziness and private party David had reversed for our guest. Everyone had the best time. Thank you to our servers, especially Clifford! “Don't let the atmosphere rating fool you it is a nice cozy place beachside. The food and service are hands down some of the best you can get in the area. I'm from Maryland so I'm particularl about my crab cakes. While not an exact rendition it was a Maryland style crab that and only know of one other place with a good crab cake around here in Melbourne/ Melbourne Beach area. The sticky duck wings were tasty, crispy and sticky good. Lasagna Pizza was amazing with a fresh crust and all the makings of a nice lasagna one of my favorite meals. I think the sandwich was called a Which came first? Being there is egg and chicken on it was nice and tender with a huge egg yolk that you can see in the video popped and drizzled nicely on the plate so I could dip it in rightfully so.”

“Just the cutest little state park eatery! Order at the counter casual food, but we had excellent coconut shrimp, mahi sandwich, hot dog and hamburger with chips in a very beautiful setting. Picnic tables all around and you can get a beer too! Epic views and super nice people make it even better.”

“My husband and I had received a $20 gift certificate to go to the outback (we haven’t been there in many years ) We had the lunch special , when we arrived there we were pleasantly greeted ☺️ as the whole experience continued the same way! I believe the manager her name was Adrian and the cook was CB we just wanna give you guys all the credit you deserve. “Islands Fish Grill is a small, quaint restaurant with fantastic food and service. I had the Onion Crusted catch of the day (which happened to be Almaco Jack) as part of their 3-course daily special. My first course was a cup of their white fish chowder. It was so good that I could have had that for my main course. The Onion Crusted fish is their specialty and it did not disappoint. The Almaco Jack was prepared to perfection. Key Lime Pie was my dessert. My wife's Crab Cake Entree was very good as well. Their fried spinach was unique.Service was excellent, the best. From entering the restaurant to getting to our table to having our drinks to hearing about the day's specials to having our meals served to paying the check -- every facet of hospitality/service was the best!!We definitely recommend this local gem to anyone visiting Indialantic, Florida.Be looking for Islands Fish Grill on 5th Ave just west of Highway A1A and next to the Longboard Surf Shop.
