“We went on cinco de mayo thinking it would be a slow. Boy were we wrong - as we arrived a van full of people walked in. Luckily since we were a small party we were able to be seated promptly. Our waitress was amazing. She took our drink orders and brought bread quickly. Wasn't long before we were enjoying outlet crisp delicious salads. Like clockwork once we finished salads our entree arrived nice and hot. Everything was perfect - this location never misses with service and meal. Whomever is working the kitchen bravo "chefs kiss".“

“Love it!Excellent quality food and drinks, kitchen views, high end atmosphere, and top notch service.We were celebrating our engagement, so they seated us in the closest booth to the kitchen window where we could watch the chefs work their magic.We ordered the beef tartare for an appetizer and the dry aged bone in ribeye with the special steak board, all to share. We love to eat but we had SO MUCH left over. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare as we requested.We had no room for dessert, but they gave us a complimentary homemade ice cream scoop which was truly delicious and tasted very freshly made. They also gave us a complimentary homemade yuzu limoncello that I would happily buy bottled if I could, it was unique and tasty.Overall we had such a wonderful experience and now we want to come back the next time we have a special occasion.Let me tell you, you certainly get what you pay for here. It was refreshing to find a restaurant like this in Brevard.“

“Had a wonderful fine dining experience with visiting family at cuisine! Our guests love the staff, food and atmosphere. Smoked Old Fashion cocktail and fine wines and live piano music set the tune. Absolutely the best crab bisque! Prime Rib, crispy duck, roasted marrow risotto, roast pork chop, crème brûlée, all were excellent! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!“

“We went in right at the start of dinner hour at 4:00 on a Thursday evening. We were seated promptly, the only not really complaint was that it did take a while to get a server to come to the table for the orders... There seem to be a little confusion about who our actual server were but for the most part the two that we had really did a good job... especially Mark who was right at our table when we sat down seeing if he could get his drink gave me a great recommendation on the parmesan crusted spinach dip and was very personable. Our second server I can't tell you her name because she never told us but she did a good job she got us our food out and served, but we did wait longer than I thought necessary for our check. We were about ready to flag her down when she did finally bring it by.I knew I was going to do the spinach dip so I didn't order a big meal. I got a loaded baked potato and a house salad with ranch. The main complaint with the salad was way too much dressing on it and it came with the dressing on it already. I need to remember next time to ask for the dressing on the side. The baked potato was cooked perfectly and was hot and fluffy interior but short on toppings. Once I really started digging into potato I had a lot of potato that didn't have any butter or anything on it.The parmesan crusted spinach dip was fabulous!! I know this is a seasonal appetizer but I hope longhorn brings us back as permanent. I would go in just to eat some of this spinach dip, It was so good!! highly recommended!!!My husband got the parmesan crusted chicken which was fabulous as always, I really think this is the best item on their menu. He got broccoli and a Caesar salad for his sides which he said were both good.He drank is strawberry lemonade which was refilled promptly once empty and I got the house margarita which was okay but didn't have like didn't have much flavor to it. The complimentary bread was really good but the bottom was definitely a little tough like you were sawing through it to get it but it was very good as usual.Overall it was a really nice unexpected dinner out for me and my husband. We enjoyed the food, the restaurant was not too full, and definitely not noisy like you run into at Texas Roadhouse for instance. It was nice to have just a normal conversation not feel like we had to yell at each other! If you're in the Hammock Landings area, I would certainly recommend stopping in at Longhorn for afternoon lunch...they have some really good specials. They also offer order ahead and take out which we have done before and I've never had any complaints with how they packaged our order or having them forget items.“

“Excellent experience. We had 6 oz steaks with stuffed everything potatoes and stuffed everything mash potatoes. Appetizers were delicious and fed our party of 3 quite well! My Margarita was done to perfection. Our server was wonderful and attentive to our needs. This Texas Roadhouse site is a keeper on our outdoor dining experiences.“

“I just hosted a party for my husband, Bob for his 50th year Anniversary with Northrop Grumman. On November 12th, 2022. David, was our personal contact, for making this the best party ever! The food, the servers, the wine, plus, atmosphere was all very elegant! Superior food of Filet Mignon, and Sea Bass. Our guest of 30 people. Who were also, very impressed with the coziness and private party David had reversed for our guest. Everyone had the best time. Thank you to our servers, especially Clifford! David, thank you for helping me make this an occasion, we all shall remember, for Bob! Congradulations to my husband Bob, I am so proud of you! Thank you Dijon's!“

“Excellent dining experience, made possible by Alyssa, she was very attentive ,and efficient. Manager Becca. stopped to chat, took notice of our dinner, quickly pointed out her disappointment in the quality of the steak I was provided, (too much fat). I was fine with it, no problem on my part. She was not pleased with quality and made adjustment to the bill and offered heart felt apology. Fantastic attitude and surprise. Thanks“

“My husband and I had received a $20 gift certificate to go to the outback (we haven’t been there in many years ) We had the lunch special , when we arrived there we were pleasantly greeted ☺️ as the whole experience continued the same way! I believe the manager her name was Adrian and the cook was CB we just wanna give you guys all the credit you deserve. We will definitely be back and we will bring others to join in the experience !!☺️five stars from my husband and I.“
